0star! Worst Domino’s experience I’ve ever had!!!
I just came out of this Domino’s location and I’ve never had such a terrible experience! I tried to order two small “Create Your Own” pizzas, which were clearly listed on the menu screen as $15.99 each.
The employee taking my order was totally unprofessional and untrained! When I asked for topping recommendations, he literally said “I usually have Papa John’s, not these.” Are you serious? You work here and recommend a competitor’s pizza?
Then, while I was still ordering, a woman just cut in line, saying she was just “picking up”, and the same employee stopped taking my order and started helping her instead! Completely ignoring me halfway through my order.
It got worse, he couldn’t even handle a simple payment properly and started arguing with that customer about change (gave back $19 from a $20 bill). The whole thing was a disaster. I was here to take orders bro!! What the hell!??
This store clearly lacks basic training, professionalism, and customer service. Absolutely unacceptable. Domino’s should seriously review how this location is managed and who they’re hiring.
Avoid this place if you value your time and sanity!!!!!

This is like the best Domino’s. I never really ate Domino’s in the past but this location is super conveniently located and the food is wicked good compared to what I’ve come to expect from a Domino’s. Super easy to order in the app, I head to the store around I get the alert that it’s in the oven, and it’s pretty much ready by the time I get there. Always hot and fresh. Super nice people in there too. They get busy, might take them a minute to get to you, but always friendly. Great rewards program through Domino’s too.

Update 8/2025: we’ve been back here for pizza a couple of times this year and have had a very different, much more positive experience. Most recently, our pizzas were hot and fresh and great quality. And the parm bread bites were outstanding and super cheesy/garlicky. Whatever has changed is certainly for the better!
We’ve tried this location several times and a couple of times the food was decent but more often it’s just bad. Pizzas are overcooked and cold when we pick them up, even though we have to wait on them when we arrive. Ordered hand tossed and were either given thin crust or the hand tossed has really thinned down. The “extra” cheese and Wisconsin six cheese both had so little cheese that much of the crust showed through. The bread bites were fine. Paid over $17 for one pizza that couldn’t hold a candle to an $7 frozen pizza. Ya win some, ya lose some, and boy we lost this one!

I ordered my food and had it delivered about 30 mins ago and the driver was mad because I didn’t tip him so he decided to call animal control and make a false report. I will never do business with you people ever again. It is not a law that your drivers get tipped. Very unprofessional and ignorant people. I only gave 1 star cause it wouldn’t allow a review without one.

I’m highly displeased….the pizza is over cooked/burnt….barely any cheese and the pretzel bites are horrible . I called and the store, hopefully to allow them to rectify the matter and was told that it was prepared properly. Never again just nasty.

Paid $16.49 for a large pizza that wasn’t even cut. And when you deal with customer service they only want to refund you a medium 2 topping pizza and not what you paid for. This will be the last time I get screwed over by Domino’s. Will never eat there again. Would NEVER recommend this pizza chain to a friend or family.

This place has a drive-through window and if there are people rude enough to make you wait 25 minutes at the window and hold everybody up the staff needs asked them to pull over and they’ll bring their pizzas out to them because I waited 25 minutes behind a yellow hummer when my pizza was ready …behind some lady that was too rude to care about anybody behind her and the staff act like they were clueless what I was talking about!!
