Walk in and was greeted with a warm welcome to domino’s. The atmosphere felt great like everyone loved their jobs. Got my food. By golly it was great had to stop eating just to get some pictures definitely a 10/10 great job everyone who was on that night shift today. Supposed to be a large salad but the bowl is only half filled with lettuce and the other half had a plastic container to hold croutons and chicken. If it’s going to cost 9$ then at least fill the bowl with lettuce.

I made a call because a delivery driver said that they have to pay $50 for a company coat to wear while they deliver. I tried to call the location to ask if that was a real thing and they cut me off to say that I was misinformed and going in circles and hung up abruptly instead of telling me that their driver could or could not deliver their pizzas in their own coat. It is absolutely ridiculous that they have to either pay $50 for a company coat or not wear one at all when it’s literally 5⁰ outside. This phone call was extremely unprofessional and a clear hurry to get off the phone and avoid the complaint.

Delivery driver for my family’s order was fine as usual. But I have to say this is the first time I’ve had a delivery driver call my wife not once, but twice, asking for tip. I usually tip well but its a rough week and had just enough to feed my family. I just dont see it very professional to call back to back times asking for a tip

I spoke with the shift manager tonight after the driver forgot our cheese cup, in a household with sensory issues this almost caused tears. The manager was very kind and sent another driver out with the cheese cups right away and we were able to enjoy our pizza dipped in cheese while it was still hot. Very grateful, and will definitely order here again.

It’s good management when you schedule TWO people to make pizzas the day after is snows over a foot, and you go in and the 2 employees have looks of fear in their eyes, saying, “Please don’t yell at us, we’re trying our best.”
