Ordered a pepperoni pizza and 5 cheese macaroni. The pizza is the worst looking pizza I’ve ever seen. I was going to send it back but the kiddo got to it before I saw it. Sellersburg IN Heritage Square location needs to do some retraining and better quality control cause….damn.

If I can leave no stars , I would for all three. Thetwo sandwiches didn’t have hardly anything on them. What little they did have on them taste and looked burnt. An the chicken wings weren’t done all the way, they seemed very wet like someone rinsed them off and put buffalo sauce on em.
When my husband went in the store to pick up the order , the man there said I only have one order, an the name wasn’t ours. He didn’t seem like he was happy with having a customer that late and he made sure to charge for the one ranch cup to go with our nasty food he made for us. Thanks buddy won’t be coming back there again . This was at the Domino’s in sellersburg.

Please save yourself and order from one of the other pizza places in town. This is by far the worst Dominos we’ve visited. We have multiple instances where our order isn’t correct or the pizza is just terrible. Last night we ordered a specialty pizza, Pacific Veggie. They literally put no cheese on the pizza. Our $23.00, 12″ pizza we ordered last evening was horrible. It had hardly any toppings on it, and had no taste at all. We ordered 3 kinds of cheese, and we were like, where’s the cheese?? (there was little to no cheese on it) Sooo diasppointing when spending that much on a pizza.
The new pepperoni stuffed bread were really good, we did like it.

Very displeased with the service from Alexander, I called in and asked for garlic and parmesan to be put on the crust, I have gotten this before and have never had an issue before, even in the past if there wasn’t enough on the crust and I asked if they could put some more on for me they would say yes with no hesitation. Today however Alexander (name on his shirt) chose to argue with me and tell me they don’t do that. Then when I asked for parmesan to be put on the crust he said again they don’t do that and then made me pay a 1$ for a small shaker so that i could put it on there if i chose to. This was a horrible experience and i hope they do better in the future.

Every time my family has ordered from here, the order is wrong. Every single time without fail. I myself don’t eat the food from Domino’s, I do not like their pizza. My kids, however, do, so we get it for them. The last time I actually went up there and the shift manager remade the entire order to correct it. That was appreciated, and I hope for my kids’ sake, they get better.

We placed a pickup order and the tracker said it was ready. An employee asks for 5 more minutes. I waited at least another 10 before going in the store where I’m told they “thought someone else walked my order out” when we were the only car sitting outside in front of the store in the curbside area. Had I not gone in I might still be sitting there.
To make it better she marked my order complete before we waited the additional 10 mins or more so we didn’t get the order for free per dominos policy. My daughter just moved to the area and I can tell you where we won’t get pizza from next time…
