The pizza wasn’t bad. The service? AI cannot take over soon enough. I HATE using the app. At least they actually answered the phone. Do you still have the specialty pizza deal BEING ADVERTISED on TV? Guy had no clue. He mumbles to someone and tells me yes. Great. Can you explain how two $9.99 pizzas totaled thirty bucks? Of course not. The only Domino’s store around here with competent people is the new one by IUS. Lesson learned.

BEWARE: Used the Dominos app to order. App said pizza would be ready in 25-35 minutes. When I arrived 30 minutes later the app still said my pizza would be ready in another 25-30 minutes. Spoke to employee inside who couldn’t find my order. Looked up my order number on my confirmation email and then employee confirmed that they had not even started on my pizza that was supposed to have been ready 5 minutes prior. Cancelled order and asked for refund. DO NOT TRUST THE APP TIMING. Dominos employee agreed that app does not give real time approximations. Sadly, we have ordered here before and the pizza is very good. But if you can’t rely on the estimated timing, it’s really not worth the frustration.

Was concerned about gloves being worn but requested the employee use gloves on my wife’s order and immediately got 1st class results. If you’re into good food with excellent service , Austin at domino’s on Charlestown road is awesome, the whole crew was willing and there to be professional and delivered not only great food but awesome service.

Half the time the order isn’t correct. Tonight they didn’t cut the pizza and put the wrong toppings from what I ordered. Their customer service is not great either, I’ve said things to them in person about their poor service and they just dismiss me and send me on the way. I might stop going here and go to the better location in Clarksville.

I wish I could rate this zero stars because the order I got wasn’t just incorrectly done, it was basically expired food. I ordered a ceaser salad that was prepackaged mind you, and the lettuce was bad, brown. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for thirty years, I’m servsafe certified and I’ve managed restaurants. It takes a week for lettuce to go bad in refrigeration. They actually served this to me instead of throwing it in the trash like they should have. I will not be ordering from there again. The entire staff should be fired for the blatant disrespect shown to paying customers.

The pizza was delivered at 6:15. It was a completely wrong pizza. I called to have the correct one delivered. I waited 40 minutes, and called again to check on the status. They said it was “heading to you right now”. I said ok great. After an additional 25 minutes, I called again, and they said it was headed to me right now….again. When it finally got to me, it was not even warm at all. So that really sucked…

This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pizza joint. So many things were just wrong. First we waited forever on the phone to place an order and decided just to go up there and order since nobody was answering the phone. Once we received our order they tried to charge us $34 and ended up redoing the order to make it correct ($21). Our pizza had cheese on it and wasnt thin crust as ordered, my pasta primavera had chicken in it, and I found a hair in my wings. Normally I would just go back and get my money back for something this bad, but I work early and have been running all day and just wanted a relaxing meal at home. Oh well, probably won’t order from this location again.
