I was so excited to finally try the pasta bowls. Order two different ones. They were quite a bit smaller than the picture so that was a little disappointing. However the biggest disappointment was that they limit what you can put in your pasta bowls and it doesn’t matter you cannot get any more than three things out of a bowl, the cheese counting is one of those three.

We got the two pizzas and bread with dip deal… my pizza should have been double pepperoni double cheese and it looked like it didn’t have enough on it… yes both pizzas were hot but they were crunchy! The dip wasn’t full enough seemed like it was just lightly put in there not enough for the bread, and the marinara dip sauce tasted more like cocktail sauce! This was our first time ordering from this location and we both were not happy .

I regret that I did not catch the gentleman’s name that I have had the pleasure of meeting twice now, the only thing I do know is that I believe he told me that he is by himself on Wednesday nights and he has been there 2 years… With that being said, I hope this reaches the right people because he deserves a raise!! The first time I encountered him, I ordered online and somehow I managed to order the pizza the wrong way. When I noticed it I panicked because my son has autism and sensory disorder so I knew he wouldn’t eat it the way it was. so I called back in and explained the situation to see if they would fix it, and I talked to this young man and even though they were extremely busy and it was my fault he was so understanding, empathetic, patient with me, treated me with the upmost respect and was so kind!! He fixed my mistake and the remade pizza was phenomenal! My son was especially happy! A few weeks later on 12/27/23 I ordered a carry out pizza from there and when I went in to pick it up, I noticed he was getting slammed with orders and was completely alone. As I waited at the counter to check out, I had the pleasure of watching his workmanship and when I tell you that he was rocking it, that feels like even an understatement!! I have never saw someone be so quick yet diligent, focused, and careful to double check each order! He was working pure magic in that kitchen and even at times when he had many pizzas coming out of the oven at once, he was completely unfazed by all the orders coming in and I was so stunned by not only how fast he could get through them, but you literally could feel the amount of love he puts into each and every order he had! And yes he was ready to cash me out right when I got there and my order was already done but I told him over and over again to continue what he was doing because he was on a roll and I had time to kill and honestly I was curious to see how he was going to handle all the orders I heard coming in with being alone. I have been a general manager of restaurants at one time and I have never in my life seen someone work like that! He literally deserves a standing ovation! As he cashed me out we made small talk and he even remembered me from the first time when he fixed my mess up! The pizza was once again amazing! We need more workers like him! As long as he’s there, you can count me in as a lifetime customer! I wish I would have caught his name, but I’m confident that God will make sure the right people see this so his bosses can know what a stellar employee they have and give him incentive to stick around because workers like that are barely found these days. Please tell him that I said thank you again for being so kind! And if you happen to see this yourself, I just want to tell you that I’m so proud of you for how hard you work and keep it up because I can tell you have such a bright future ahead of you! Keep your head up and stay as focused as I witnessed you can be and you will be able to do absolutely anything you put your mind to! Although we don’t really know each other, just know I’m rooting you on!! Don’t ever let this world dim your light that absolutely radiates off of you!! May God bless you always!
