So I ordered off of DoorDash thinking a dasher was going to bring me my food. Instead I got someone named Thomas Sennott. Well this guy was extremely rude and didn’t want to wait an extra 10 minutes. I understand not wanting to wait on someone, but we even offered him a 10 dollar tip. When you go into a business where you have to interact with people, it is not your job to be rude. If you want to be in this business, then do your job correctly and treat people the correct way.

This Domino’s location in Logansport is the best! Prompt service through the drive-thru, friendly and attentive employees, and the pizza and sandwiches were hot and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this location and I will be back again!

Recent changes have produced a horrible pizza -we threw it away. In a pizza crazy household rarely does pizza get tossed unless it’s really bad. We had been ordering several times a month because even though they consistently made some sort of mistake with our orders recently, the pizza was good. The changes, sauce, sausage have us all saying, “no more Dominos pizza here”. I did answer their email about how the order went, but nothing was ever said.

Order placed at 6:08. 25 minute wait time . Arrived to pick at 626. Pie not started. Told 9 min. Order 2nd in the cue. Waited in lot 10 minutes. Back in side, pie still not started. Order now at the bottom of the cue. Staff was rude stating ” look at the screen” without making eye contact. 6:44 pie in oven text received.

Ordered food to be delivered for my father and only one of the items showed up. When I called about it the manager and I had some dialog over what happened and when i stated that my father wasn’t a liar, she laughed at me!!! And she never replaced the food after telling me she would. Food that I paid for!!
