I just want to give a shoutout to my local Domino’s. The staff is always delightful, and my food is consistently made perfectly. Mistakes are very rare, which says a lot.
Nubia deserves special recognition. She is wonderful, always polite, and you can tell she truly cares about how the pizza is prepped and made. That kind of attention and pride in your work matters, and it absolutely shows every time.

I put in a order online and my order took 2 hours to get to me and my food was completely cold the night manager got mad because I called to get ac status on my order and he had a attitude and hung up because I guess they short staff I’m not sure but I called this morning and talked to a girl manager she didn’t care about the situation either because she the only one there so I’m not sure what’s going on with this store why be open if you don’t have employees to run the store? Or drivers? All I wanted was them to fix my order.

(Zeros stars if I could) This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a pizza online and clearly requested it well done, something I order regularly with no issues anywhere else.
When I arrived, the employee Amber was immediately rude and dismissive. When I pointed out that the pizza was not well done, instead of remaking it—as any reasonable business would—she argued with me and said she would put the already cut pizza back in the oven while warning that it would stick. Expecting a customer to pay for a pizza that was made incorrectly and then further ruined is completely unacceptable.
When I questioned why I should pay for a pizza that wasn’t made correctly, her attitude escalated. She snatched the pizza box, gave a fake apology, and slammed the pizza on the counter before saying she would remake it. By that point, the disrespect was so blatant that I refused the pizza entirely.
I remained calm and polite throughout this interaction. There was absolutely no excuse for the hostility, poor attitude, and unprofessional behavior—especially over a mistake that was not mine. Customer service like this reflects badly on the entire business.
This location deserves zero stars based solely on how Amber handled this situation. I will not be returning.

I was having issue placing an order on my phone so I just went in. I was expecting the usual under staff overworked grumpy workers so kind of was on edge when I went in. I was greeted by the most friendly happy soul I have met in a long time. She immediately started to calm me down and take my order. She was so nice and caring. I didn’t know there was a happy person working in Domino’s as I have yet to meet one til today. She even went and made my pizza herself as I had some odd requests. Kaysen I hope you get to see this someday, you were a breathe of fresh air and your pizza was yummy! Keep smiling and shining! Dominos needs more like you!

Dominos is our go to after working 50-60 hours a week every Friday just about and we love it!!! We usually do the 6.99$ coupon for any 2 items or more but last night we went for the special on 2 any large $6.99 and both pizzas were so overcooked they weren’t even eatable it was like cardboard and pepperonis and sausage were crisped burnt!!! The gentleman’s customer service was phenomenal but the pizza was the worst we’ve ever had in the past 4 years!! I am now adding an update to my review after calling Dominos and speaking with the manager he corrected & perfected our order at no cost!!!

Yes I am very disappointed in this location. At 8 o’clock in the morning on Saturday, 12/4/21, I placed an order for pick up at 1:45 PM, same day, for 12 pizzas. Four cheese, four pepperoni, and four sausage. The manager immediately called back to cancel the order as there was supposedly no one working between 12 and 2 PM that day. So I called at 10:30 AM when they opened to place a fake order because I felt like the manager was lying. Sure enough they were going to take my order for my fake eight pizzas. So I explain to the manager I was talking to that I was highly upset with the customer service, the lies, and not only that but my pizzas were burnt when I picked them up. I picked up my pizzas at 2 PM. 15 minutes after I was supposed to get them because I was already running late for my son‘s birthday. When I got to the hotel where my son was having his fourth birthday party, people were already to eat. They picked through the pizza that was not burnt. When I called back as soon as I could at 5 PM, after his party, they told me they could not refund me or help me out. That I should’ve brought the pizzas back right away. I explained I’ve been in customer service for a long time and the way they were treating me was not right. This issue was not resolved at all. I will not be going back to this location. And I expect someone to fire this manager. This is absurd. I have been in food and retail customer service for over 15 years and I have never been lied to or had such bad customer service.

I did not get to place an order. I was going to order take out. The person over the phone told me they don’t deliver to this address which is probably only a couple of miles away. They told me to call another location. I did and just as I thought the other location said the original one I called is the location. When I called back and tried to re-order, the customer service person became very rude and disrespectful and lied on me for no reason and said it was me. She hung the phone up in my face. They refused to take my order! They just lost a good customer. They don’t have to worry about me coming back.

Assistant manager was very rude and even my boyfriend called separately to ask when the big manager will be in and she was rude and told him she don’t have time to look for all that she was very rude and nasty she works nights and was very disgusting towards me i just wanted to order food if you don’t like your job don’t work there it’s other people that would love to take your spot
