Tonight I ordered dominos for dinner tonight. First off I ordered aone bbq chicken pizza .Ordered 8 piece pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread. Also 8 piece honey bbq wings and a 8 piece garlic Parmesan wings. The two types of chicken wings had two stripes of sauce on each.. I asked why the wings weren’t smothered in sauce and said that’s how we do it. I will not give them my business anymore. Total price for this was 64.16..Do better than that dominos

Worst food ever from a Dominos. Pizza was missing green pepper on a sausage green pepper pizza.
Philly beef sandwich had very little beef, even less cheese and the meat was like charcoal on bread.
The pizza look like it was cut by a kid. One slice was 2″ wide, another was 1/4 of the pizza.
I never seen pizza or food in such horrible shape in my life. Ill never go back. Save your coupon! This is to let people know to go elsewhere.

This was so incredibly irritating. My husband and I ordered dominos tonight to just kinda be lazy. Maybe it was our mistake for ordering sandwiches, but this to me is just unacceptable. We live 5 minutes from the location. Our food was cold, and everything was either dry or brunt. We couldn’t even pull the tater tots apart without dragging the whole side with it. And the cheese was so overcooked it was hard and flat. Our sandwiches were dry and unevenly cooked. The driver was kind so it wasn’t him. The over all cooking was just straight up horrible. If I could give this review 0 stars I would.

Ordered pizza at 9:18, told us it would be here by 10 didnt get here til 11. Called once after about 40 minutes and the employee immediately knew it was me calling to complain. Didn’t give a shit that my order wasnt being updated and when I asked why my driver was at dunkin he went “uhhhh” and hung up. Driver was either drunk or high, and nobody called me to tell me the drinks were out. Tried calling again before 11 too, but nobody answered. Won’t be ordering again.

My husband and I went for both lunch and dinner on opening day because we’ve only had Domino’s one other time and really wanted the full experience. The online deals are fantastic, and we ate one thing from almost every menu category for just over $50. Marla was amazing. She even remembered my husband’s name when he came back at dinner time. Everything was great!! We tried 2 different pizzas, the jalapeño stuffed cheesy bread, parmesan bites, cinnamon bites, pasta in a bread bowl, lava cakes, and chicken parm sandwich. The sandwich was my least favorite but was still good. We loved the parmesan and cinnamon bites so much!! We don’t eat out very often, but we will definitely be back! I’m glad to have a place that is finally open late into the night!! Sometimes, you just want pizza at midnight, and now we can satisfy those cravings. Welcome to Lowell, Domino’s!!

This a pizza I got from Lowell domino I call to complain the manage Shelly got a a attitude and told me that’s how they make their pizza if I did not listen to her I would be on a blacklist because I don’t know how to make how to eat their pizza the way they make it just because I didn’t like that particular pizza I have never ever complained about this particular place my first time And this is how they act I ask her was I on the list she said no on the system, it doesn’t show me on the list but they’re old. It’s a new system so she can’t see.

App says order will be ready in 20-25 min. Ordered and paid in the app, show up on time, told it’s still being made. Wait another 20 min, told it’s going in the oven next. Took over an hour. Wasted over 30 min at store waiting past time order was supposed to be ready. Several other people also waiting long times. Not a single employee cares.

Horrendous, doughy, messy, cheese and sauce everywhere. You have to actually cook a pizza or it’s gonna make you sick.
Cheese all over the crust on the edges, slices with no crust to grab, cheese slid to one side of the pizza, and so floppy you know it’s going to 100% be doughy and massively undercooked. The color alone screams cook me at least a little longer.
It’s unfortunate with fresh dough, good ingredients, and an amazing oven how you could treat a pizza so poorly. Zero care, zero respect, zero love. I feel bad for the franchisee and how he or she has people putting out product like this.
I think Dominos is pretty decent and a really good price, regretfully though I’ll never order from the Lowell, IN location, even living close by. You can have all the tools at your disposal, but when your employees could care less, there’s nothing that’ll save you at that point.

Delivery is AWFUL. I specifically ask for them to drop it off at my door and they leave my pizza outside in the cold. I had to call TWICE to ask where my order is at and the boys that answered the phone were very unprofessional. This is not my first time dealing with this horrible service from dominos in lowell. Terrible.
