The whole team is very polite, the lady manager looked tired but still approached her employees to help make the pizza. When I walked in I was immediately asked if I was there for pick up gentleman with dreads, the baker never wore gloves when he handled my pizzas, manager did, but never asked him to wear any, Im kind of at odds with that. The dreads guy asked for my name, GREAT TEAM, GREAT EMPLOYEES, SO POLITE AND HARD WORKING. Great job working together!!!

I opted for Chicken Parm sandwich instead of Parmesan bread bites, it tasted good and worth the try.
Tried, creamy garlic Parmesan base with the New York style pizza for the first time, tasted amazing.

I had pre-ordered pizzas to be delivered for a birthday party. When they did not arrive on time, I called the store. The manager told me that their system was wiped out and she did not have access to any orders. She told me to come to the store and she could make the pizzas I needed. I mentioned that I was unable to get out of the house at that time since we had a party going on and I could not leave the kids by themselves. She blatantly said, “I cannot do much in that case”! The rudeness of her comments threw me off. I asked for a refund, which never came so far. The worst part was-there was no concern or any will to do things right from the manager’s side. I would not like to visit/do business with such a place again.

My experience at this particular Dominos Pizza establishment was very unpleasant. I had a reward I was trying to redeem that didn’t happen because I was unfamiliar with the process and when I was instructed to download and order through the Dominos App I was still unsuccessful. When I asked for assistance from the manager which I had to ask for several times I was still unaccommadated. So, needless to say I didn’t get the opportunity to redeem my points or get my free bread bites. Yes, I could have paid for them, but why I thought that was the point of being a Rewards Member. That is one petty, unprofessional Dominos I’ll ever waste my time in again over four dollars and ninety nine cents.

they delivered a bad pizza to me at first. It was very burnt. I called. They said I could come get a refund, but I ended up just wanted a re delivery instead. they said that they was gonna re-deliver my pizza to me, but it started to take a minute, so I called back when I called back. It was a different story about them not able to deliver my pizza and saying I will have to wait until the next manager come in when my name was written down on a piece of paper, letting them know that they messed up on my pizza. I know my name was written down on a piece of paper because when I called back, someone said they seen my name on a table or a desk or something written down. i’m not really sure where it was written down that but yeah so when they told me that they was gonna re-deliver my pizza they ended up saying they couldn’t and so I had to wait two whole hours to call the store again and I spoke with a different manager and I said hi my name is and I gave her my name. She said I see your name right here. What could I do for you? I told her I don’t want my refund. I just want to red delivery because I don’t think I will be able to get my refund. Cause I paid in cash and I had to pick it up and I was explaining to her how the first people gave me a very hard time in the lady hung up in my face as well so she helps me in. She was good, but it’s still bad customer service because why did I have to go through all of those attempts to get my food do better Michigan Road.

I Called the store to place a Takeaway order. I was in a hurry, I Was in town due to a Sad event in my family and I was staying at the Embassy Suites a few miles down the road. I went to pick up my order. I did not look in the box because I was in a hurry, but when I got back to my hotel room, the pizza was completely burnt so much so I could not believe they even put it in a box in the first place otherwise I probably could’ve managed it, but it was like a burnt cracker. I called. I spoke to a person by the name of Zander or Zeyfer not sure Not sure exactly of the pronunciation. Anyway, I was leaving the next day and did not have time to come back and pick up a pizza because they were actually closing within 30 minutes. He gave me a $25 refund and said it would be there until I came back or it would just be under my phone number. So I ordered another pizza From a Domino’s that could deliver to the hotel I was Staying at. The credit did not show up no problem. The kids had to eat so I just paid for called the next day that the credit wasn’t there but they couldn’t refund it. OK, no problem. I’ll come back in town order another pizza but when I came back. It was the worst experience I have ever experienced in customer service Literally. This person pictured below, was so extremely rude. She even called him on the phone and he was rude as well, but she was on her personal cell phone, not on the company phone. He had actually deleted the Credit. How do I know? Because she told me while he was on the phone. To make this very long story extremely short, she literally ignored me, walked away from the cash register and started making one of the 53 pizzas that they were behind on. How do I know they were 53 pizzas behind you ask? Because she made sure to tell me that when she walked away from me and began to ignore me. I wasn’t yelling, I was not screaming, I did not raise my voice, I simply asked. What should my next course of action be so then I can get my $25 back. I stood there. She helped somebody else as if I wasn’t even standing there then she went on to make pizzas. It was very humiliating as she talked to her other coworker, in the background picture, about me while I stood there listening to her. Didn’t get her name because her uniform was filthy and her name was rubbed off, but this is her picture. I can’t get the $25 back and I’m actually not even pressed about it. It was the disrespect.

Ordered their ultimate pepperoni for my daughter and myself and also added the cheese crust option. Oh my God! Absolutely loved the pizza. The cheese burst was amazing the toppings were loaded and the pizza was delicious. Highly recommend

The employees are super nice, but the food quality is terrible. Employees can’t help if the products you get are disgusting. The chicken they use cannot be real chicken. If it is, it’s the worst kind to get. This is my 2nd time getting food poisoning from it. The first time was a year ago so I thought maybe it would be fine after a while, but nope! Do not order anything with chicken here. Domino’s makes so much money, you’re telling me you can’t improve the chicken?

We ordered 2 pies and 1 large was supposed to have extra pineapples but didn’t and kid’s were a bit disappointed. My wife called and expressed that none was under the cheese so they are going to correct the error. We have no problem paying for our food just wanted it like we ordered. We thank you Domino’s have a great night.

One hour after we ordered online they had just put our pizza in the oven. Was told it was going to take maximum 30 minutes. Our pizza was not even starting prep 45 minutes after ordering. Did not end up getting the food
