The pizza always arrived super hot. It’s extremely fresh and very quick. Most of the time it will be delivered way before estimated. The team at this location is amazing is by far one of my favorite pizza spots just do to excellent customer service!

They CAN make a good delicious product but often choose not to. Delivery is 60% terrible so every time is a gamble with your money if you’ll be taking out their trash for them. Unfortunately if that happens, they don’t pay you for your service or even refund your money. They do offer you a free coupon to gamble again if you complain… as long as you pull the lever in the next week.

If I could give zero stars I would. First and for most I called the store and spoke to a lady and gave her my info, she told me they didn’t have an order for my name or number. So I got on my husbands email and pulled up the info and loan and be hold I had the right store, gave her the order number and she said it was under a different name…. I asked which name and she literally said my husbands name and I told her I just gave her the same name and she said it wasn’t in the system she said oh and I asked for them to take off the sausage on my order and she said they’d have to refund re-ring my order. I literally told her I don’t care about “being” charged the “4 dollars” and just keep my order and take off the sausage please. Then our delivery guy Richard calls my husband 4 time and he tells him how to get to our house and he still didn’t get the right house and we had to go get our pizza from him on the next street over. Lastly I started eating my pasta bread bowl and it’s raw dough!!! Absolutely disgusting and I will never order from here again!

Everything tasted really good, but my issue is with the delivery. First off I asked for plates in the notes and when they dropped off the pizza they told me they had been out in the store. I wish they would have called because we needed plates and I would have switched to a pick up so I could stop by the store. This part is on me for assuming, but they brought no napkins and I assumed since it was going to a hotel they would bring some so I didn’t ask. Again that part is on me, but annoying. Then I go to open my pizza box and it’s bent in and crushed part of the pizza and it had no box support in their to stop this. The food tasted great and was hot, but the delivery aspect of the meal ruined it.

Placed an order at 5:20pm. At 7pm the order was marked as delivered. I call the store at 7:13 and tell them it wasn’t. They say it is out and being delivered soon. At 7:28 the driver calls me and says he dropped the order and it has to be remade. At 8:28 I call the store because I still don’t have the order, meaning they didn’t prioritize a damaged order than needed remade or it was sitting in the store too long. Both are unacceptable. I’m told the order is leaving the store and my account will be credited, though it hasn’t been. Order finally arrives 25 minutes later (it’s only a 10 minute drive from the store to my apartment) and the box is damaged and the food is cold.
Edit on Nov 25th: I contacted Eric Hoots multiple times in March and April as Domino’s instructed in their comment and I still have not received my full credit. Contacted again today.
Edit on June 17th: Eric never gave the full credit like he said and never responded to the above follow up. I went to use it yesterday to be done with it so I never had a reason to go back to the store and no credit was on the account. The manager at the store gave me 30% off to help compensate some, but this shows that Domino’s as a whole does not care about making things right.

The best we’ve had here !! We have a dominos closer to us than this store but this store makes it way better so we don’t mind to go a little further for better quality ! Thanks for the food and great customer service ! And for making my family’s dinner ♥️

The food is good but the service is garbage. I paid for a pizza with a card and they came out to my car and said it didn’t go through. I showed them it was on my card app and they said it would drop off later as it wasn’t a finalized transaction and if it didn’t, fixing it was quick and easy.
I came back the next week and talked to the same guy and showed him both charges posted and he told me he was too busy to help me except he wasn’t too busy to put in a new order. I declined to order and left. It’s not like I’m hard up for cash but that’s a horrible way to treat a customer. My card company is taking care of the problem for me but he should have been willing to help.

Order a pizza expected time to be delivered was 40 mins, I ordered it two hours before i had to go to an event. It did not show up before I ran out of time and had to leave. not only was their know way to cancel the order or in get in to contact with the store because their phone was busy during my entire wait time. I understand stuff happens but this is just crappy customer service if i could i would give it 0 stars but alas I cant so 1 star it is.

I don’t typically order Domino’s pizza but kept seeing commercials for their emergency pie and thought it was a great deal. I placed an order online and waited. 30 minutes passed and I checked my order through their order tracker in the confirmation email which read “complete” even though I hadn’t received my pizza yet. I called the store to find out what happened and was told that new customer “no pay” (cash) orders require a phone call and because I wasn’t reached, the delivery driver went on to his next drop off. I was sitting near the door and didn’t hear a knock, either. The number that generated from my account was an old number and the new number I input when placing the order didn’t populate upon order confirmation. This wasn’t an issue for me as I understand mistakes happen, technology messes up, etc. I asked the woman who answered the phone if I could have a fresh pizza since she told me it would take an additional 20 minutes for me to receive the original pie (by the time it would arrive, it would have been driving around in the car for an hour- 55 minutes to be exact) to which her reply, with a condescending attitude, was “well, maybe put the correct phone number next time.” Thankfully, it takes much more than this to ruffle my feathers. Ultimately, I’m assuming I received a fresh pizza but who knows. Due to the poor emotional regulation and communication skills of staff at this location, I will be ordering my next pizza from a different store.
