Ordered a pizza at 7:02 pm. It didn’t arrive until 8:04pm. I live 2.1 miles from this location. When my pizza arrived it was cold and in shambles. I called the store at 8:05pm and was told that my order would be remade and delivered again. It took almost 90 minutes receive my order. I LIVE 5 MINITES AWAY!!! My pizza was cold again but it looked like an actual pizza this time. I am a frequent customer of this location and am terribly disappointed! Pic 1 is the first pizza. Pic 2 is the second.

I accidentally placed an order for the wrong item and Taishashia was very polite over the phone when I called to try and fix the order. Delivery was very quick and the driver was polite as well. We order from this location often and I’ve never had a bad experience. Thank you to the team for being patient with us despite the mixup tonight!

The food itself is fine, but the location seems to be poorly managed. I got a wrong pizza on a delivery order, then another wrong pizza was sent out to replace it, then nothing else came so I had to go in myself and wait while they made the right one. They have no system for handling botched orders, so if it happens (which judging from the other reviews is frequently) you are sent into this hell spiral that you can only escape by brute force. What should happen is when an order is wrong, they call it back up, it goes to the front of the line, and it gets remade immediately. I’m cranky that I spent an hour and a half of my evening on this when I could have made a frozen pizza in 15 minutes.

I can’t rate the food because we never got it. An order was marked as delivered when it wasn’t. Called about an hour after we placed the order and it was marked as delivered so we thought maybe the driver accidentally marked it as delivered. When we called we were told the delivery driver had just left the store. Called about half an hour/forty five minutes later and the person that answered the phone tried to call the delivery driver and they weren’t able to get in contact with the driver.

If I could leave 0 stars on all categories I definitely would. Customer service is HORRIBLE. One specific female is rude and not a very good “manager”, another employee even said they are constantly butchering orders when I called back up to the store to complain about my order. They messed up the whole order. They made a sub with cheese when I requested no cheese. I called back up there to ask for a new one to be made and they said no even though they messed up. Eventually they decided to remake one and I went t go pick it up and some very rude female worker gave attitude and said I’d have to pay for a new one even though it was their mistake. After arguing with her I just paid for a new one with no cheese and left. After returning home I finally saw the “pizza” I purchased and it was burnt to a literal crisp and had no cheese on it. Ended up having to order food from somewhere else. And my “large” pizza was basically a small. I ordered plain wings and they were pure rubber, tasted like they were boiled and not fully cooked.

One of the first days they opened I ordered carry out, the worker (THE* only worker) seemed overwhelmed. However, it only took a couple of minutes and my order was hot and correct (2 stars) I am soooo disappointed to say this but I really had a hair in my pizza. It was short and dark and visible, it was baked into the cheese on top. 🙁 I didn’t really want the pizza after that. The bread bites were good, the cinnamon twists were like … ok … something was weird like… they weren’t cinnamony, they were really wet? I’m not sure. The cheese sauces (I bought 2) were both expired and I’m just really sad about this whole thing LOL. I took pics of the food right when I opened it-

I placed an order online for in store pickup, I understand it’s late but the option was there and on, I live close by so I walked up the street to pickup the order. Arrive and they have a printed sign that says “drive thru only”. So I walked over to the drive thru and get a “what do you want”. I say I know it’s late but the option said I could walk in, I know I’m a few minutes early as well but I’m pickup up my order. Barely get a response, I do get an estimated time until it’s ready which is what I expected anyways. But I expected to be able to wait inside.
Looking at me like I’m the idiot who decided to do an in store pickup and don’t have my car to do a drive thru is not the look. Went below and beyond expectations that this store gave me for an experience last time. Rude and “closed” indoors for no reason and not even updated on the app when selecting pickup preference.
I asked for them to wave at me when it’s ready and I’ll walk back over to the drive thru pickup window and got an eye roll and a sigh.
Like dude, I didn’t ask for this either. And y’all just look at me like an idiot standing there/at the front door as well. If y’all kept a standard it’d be much easier for both y’all and the customer lol
And please, keep cleaning your delivery bag in front of me ignoring my existence when the order is actually ready lol. What a joke

Well, I gave them another chance when I found myself craving pizza. Ever since, I’ve received fast delivery, hot pizza, and tasty food. Drivers have always been friendly. Free pizza offers are flying into my email. Happy to leave 5 stars now. I’ll leave the past picture for history’s sake, because it’s so hilariously bad haha.
