I placed a delivery order at 6:12pm for 2 medium pizzas and stuffed cheesy bread. Delivery window said approximately 41-56 mins (6:53pm-7:08pm). Pizza came out of the oven at 6:30. I called the store at 6:54 for an update. My now barely lukewarm pizzas did not arrive until 7:38. I was not at all happy, so I asked the driver why did this take so long because I placed the order at like 6:15 and they told me you were on your way a little before 7. When he didn’t answer I shut the door and locked it. THEY GOT MY NUMBER OUT OF THEIR SYSTEM AND CALLED ME 5 TIMES IN A ROW FROM A 317 NUMBER THAT WAS NOT THE STORE. THEN THEY CALLED ME 3 MORE TIMES FROM THE STORE AND WHEN I DECLINED THEM AGAIN THEY LEFT ME A MESSAGE TELLING ME IF I DON’T LIKE IT ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. I am allowed to be upset when you don’t meet the expectations you put in the app and don’t even know what day of the week it is (Saturday for clarification). NEVER going to this Domino’s again and I will be disputing the charge. Voicemail attached in recording and receipts.

We ordered from this dominos by accident but the pizza was still good… but I found out through a friends husband who used to work there that gloves aren’t used in preparation of the food which I find disgusting. Knowing that, I’ll never order from them again on purpose or not. Not to wear gloves while handling food for the public is just disgusting when there’s so many diseases and food borne illnesses plus more. This has been our staple quick, weeknight dinner when we don’t feel like cooking but lately things have gone downhill.
Tonight they were super packed, so when I got home and realized one of my items (an order of cheesy tots) was missing, I figured it just got lost in the scramble of orders and drove back. But this (photo) is what I got. At least half of the normal portion we usually get. Did they change the sizing, or did I get ripped off?

Food: I normally order a pan pizza with garlic parm sauce, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms. My favorite! Always delicious, but because of the toppings on a thick pan pizza, it normally needs a long bake, and if you ask, they will do it.

This had been my store for the past 3 years and the quality has gone down so badly in the past year. The quality control stage takes 40 minutes itself and the delivery driver i had tonight was SO RUDE. Looked at me like he was expecting something more. He also pulled up in my driveway that is already full with cars almost hitting them instead of pulling next to the mailbox on the street like a normal person… Won’t be ordering here any more

Our go-to Domino’s branch, we consistently have good luck with this location. On the rare occasion that our order is incorrect or lacking, management is always prompt to address the issue and make it right. Special shout out to Damica, who was holding down the fort alone during our last visit and still did a great job even though they were consistently busy with orders.

I had to get on here and leave a review after the experience I had, first wanna say how quick the employees were to greet me and ask about my order, I gave my name and they had someone come get my cash and then another was getting my food, it was efficient and ran well. Also I was wearing my Pacers hat and that started a conversation about their playoff run with the staff and I loved talking to them. If you want good service come to the Southport and bluff location right by the Kroger.

Theyre always super nice. I won a free pizza for a year 1 x a month promotion. And I could see where some places would be not into helping someone that they weren’t making anything but they’re so nice even if I’m picking up I always try to tip them just making the pizza. Pizzas always fresh always good. I’ve never gotten sick from eating there.

Went in to pick up my order and they tried to give me the wrong one. When I finally got the right order and walked out, I realized they forgot the sauces I had already paid for. My wife went back in to grab them, and instead of just giving them to her, they charged us again. By the time this whole mess was over, more than 15 minutes had passed and my food was cold. Terrible customer service and being charged twice for sauces is ridiculous. Won’t be coming back here and don’t recommend it to anyone.
