I can at least understand if there are problems within the app that cause the timing to be a little off. However, I ordered ONE pizza. My order was ready a little more than 10 minutes after I ordered, and it wasn’t delivered an HOUR AFTER it was “ensuring deliciousness”
I called after it had been a half hour of my pizza sitting under a heat lamp and the guy who answered the phone, Christian, laughed it off and decided to count out all 12 orders they had with only one driver. I offered to come pick it up if they re made it and he assured me that all that time under the heat lamp meant my pizza would still be “warm”. Not hot…warm.
To top it all off, when the order finally left the store (10 more minutes after I got off the phone) I watched as the driver took orders to other customers first, 3 times driving right in front of my house. This Dominos has went so far downhill. Will not be ordering again anytime soon. I highly recommend just ordering from Pizza Hut! Their manager, Matt, has always went above and beyond!

Tired of ordering from here and arriving because the app says that the order is ready and the order has not even been started. App said the order was ready today. I waited 10 minutes for the guy to help me in the store and then he told me it would be 30 minutes. This is totally ridiculous.

The older lady answering the phone on 12-9-’24 afternoon of Saint Mary’s needs a reality check. She doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing and will literally charge you when you say extra but there’s even less than regular! I called about it and she gave me BS on the phone about it. If not intentional, I’m not sure. Never had such a skimpy pizza before. Disappointing. I like Domino’s normally though. Just frustrated when I called earlier about being charged for nothing. Maybe a bad day.

I hate to give a 2 rating but the pizza we got today (delivery) was awful. It started with whoever was taking the order. Not sure the person was real interested. When itwas delivered and we opened it to eat saw that it was burnt.The crust was so burnt you couldn’t bite in to it. The cheese on top was burnt also. Threw most of it out. Usually love the pizzas & service. Not so today.

The drivers for delivery can’t read or use the delivery tracker my notes on the app tell them everything for delivery I live right down the road and they somehow drive to the other side of the lake waited over an hour just not get any food not the first time this has happened such a shame

Usually get really good food fast and fresh. Lately, I’ve gotten their Chicken Alfredo with very little or no Alfredo sauce on it. I talked to the daytime manager and he said he has told them about it. In the meantime he made me an order at no charge and apologized for the other orders.
