We called to order and was on hold the 1st time for 15 minutes, the 2nd time was 20 minutes and the 3rd time was over half hr. That is REDICULOUS! Instead of saying “can you hold a minute pls”, they shld say ” can you hold for an hr”! Sad thing is that they never did pick up! I ended up hanging up all 3 times!!! The service there is terrible!!! Love the pizza but will go elsewhere from now on!!!

Pros and Cons:
Pros: We knew we showed up a little early and of course we didn’t mind waiting, but the order was still ready just a minute later so we weren’t waiting long. That was cool. Food was hot and tasted great. Staff seemed friendly enough (we did drive-thru pickup).
Cons: I paid for two garlic dipping sauces (my favorite) and did not receive said dipping sauces. Before you ask “why didn’t you say anything” I was juggling a lot and assumed it was in one of the boxes. It wasn’t.
I’m not terribly pressed about $2, so no big deal.
Their delivery is also pretty efficient in my experience, even when they’re busy, and I appreciate that.

Ordered a large Meatzza pizza and Garlic Knots. Pizza was really good, garlic knots were a little greasy but pretty good. We had 50% off menu items coupon so instead of $ 32.97 it was $19.47…i would not pay 26.99 for a large dominos pizza, but it was good.

For the what feels like 10th time I have ordered online and used my “points”. Every time the driver knows nothing about it. Don’t order extra topping bc u get less if even at best. Call in and manager is “always on a call”. Then after holding they do nothing other than act like a first day new hire and just wanna get off the phone to obv move and blow out the next complaint. When they get my orders correct they are amazing! However it is once in a blue moon that they get it correct! I ordered a pizza with extra toppings and when I noticed that I didn’t receive them . I went back in to tell them. To where they were like ” oh I know I just gave you what we had out already.” Well then get more out to make my order correctly or don’t charge me for those extra toppings that I did not receive. Also informing me about not putting the extra toppings on my pizza would have been nice. It isn’t even about the missing toppings or still being charged for them . It was how rude the worker was when I went back in and said something about the mistake with my order. I thought you were supposed to be nice and respectful to the customers. But that’s not the case with this location of Domino’s pizza

I have ordered delivery from here before, to my home I’ve resided in for a year now (an apartment complex). My boyfriend called to place an order since, yet again, their online ordering was DOWN for coupons. He stated delivery, gave the address, and then was told “We don’t deliver there. We can meet at the store down the road from there.”
I have not included names of locations for safety reasons from ex FYI. But still, this is absolutely ridiculous.
