RUDDEEEEE… Whoever the white lady in there making pizzas on Saturday afternoon needs to go back to bed if the store opens at 10am no way she should have a attitude about orders coming at 12:30. I walked in and she yelled I’ll be with you in a minute so I waited on my phone, I heard someone yelling but couldn’t tell she was talking to me because she was yelling “You got a order “ first I ignored her because I didn’t think she was talking to me then I looked up and sure enough she was talking to me so RUDE! I gave her my name she gave me my pizzas then slams the door. I needed some marinara sauce for my Parmesan bits and she send a man with a much nicer attitude to help me. She yells “ I wish people would just cook and quit ordering “ lady it’s Saturday most of us have kids who we don’t feel like cooking lunch plus dinner for so we’re ordering pizzas that ensures you have a job. The website said under new management well they need to hire someone else what good does management if the employees suck. This lady has a terrible attitude

They are a joke. AI as soon as you call. Then someone lied about our order coming (she couldn’t understand my husband or the address and didn’t put in the order). Then he got sent to a call center rep when he called back. They canceled our order without telling us because we were going to pay cash and hadn’t ordered anything from them before.

This place has went downhill to the extreme! Alex in store hung up on me after I politely explained my order was messed up. Not the first, second, or third time. Being a manager you would think after somebody tells you “thank you”, you would respond with you’re welcome…. Nope instead I get hung up on due to the stores continuous mistakes! Also Spoke to the “owner” TJ, he was on such a high horse about owning the store and the reoccurring problems, that he down played his manager employees attitude and crappy customer service! Unprofessional by all means! & this was my go to place when ordering out despite the mistakes! Never Ever again! My driver was extremely nice though! Alex and “The owner” should take some notes from him 🙂

The delivery driver was amazing. Loved him. Gave him a great tip. But the in store staff in the other hand? Rude and very inconsiderate. I called about an order that said delivered, but the driver was nowhere to be found. Called. Lady picked up. She said the driver was on top of the address. I said, “Hold on, let me check.” And she hung up on me while i was checking. Guy wasn’t there. I called again, and a guy answered, and he left me on hold for over 10 minutes before i went and hung up. We were on the way out the door to go directly to the store when the delivery driver finally showed up and explained what happened. We totally understood the situation, but that was a situation that i know the people inside the store were aware of. So there was absolutely no reason to be treated the way that i was. It is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

The past 5 times I order my pizza from this place they don’t get it correct I order my pizza cut in squares to feed kids. No one wants to send it back and wait an hour for your pizza to come back when you have kids hungry and your food is at the door now
