I placed order online, 3pm I seen on the dominoes app it left the store 311pm get a message that it was delivered at 350pm no order was delivered i contacted the manager Sebastian and he left me on hold 15 min then hung up called back hung up again called back the 3rd time he finally got on the phone arguing that my order was delivered to an apartment building i told him my profile doesn’t have an apartment building it’s a house they laughed and was having such a good time taking advantage of a customer. I called back wanting a refund he told me 48hrs I won’t ever do business with this company again to many pizza places out there i only do because its literally 5 min from my house guess that’s not good enough..I have recordings and videos and I’m contacting Gmail if this store is would use caution ever doing business with someone that don’t care about their customers…

I ordered the pasta in a a tin pan. The bottom of the pan was barely covered with pasta w/ a few strips of chicken and no other ingredients. The Alfredo was burnt d/t there being nothing in the pan. The food I order from that location isnt usually made this poorly. The pizza was also very dark on top.
I was credited $6.99 for the pasta. I spent $25.00. I definitely did not get what I paid for.

went for a carry out (dominos tracker showed it was done, also seen guy carry it to heater) and walked in and was not helped for over 5 minutes. was finally helped by a driver that came back. why have a bell if you’re not going to pay attention to your paying customers? i shouldnt have to speak up. 2 orders on the screen btw

This is one of the best Domino’s pizzas I have had in a long time. My boyfriend doesn’t like cheese and they even called to be sure he wanted the garlic butter on the crust because it has small bits of parm cheese it in. Well done Smithville rd

Walked in ordered two topping pizza was charged $16.49 then while waiting in lobby noticed in chalk written on the wall was Manger special 5 toppings $12.99. So was over charged.

They sent the wrong food, how you get bbq chicken confused with cheese… now we have to wait on the correct order to come while the other food gets cold.
Also do you see how bad the bread sticks look so small and greasy

Don’t ever order from here.They never put toppings on their pizzas.And if you order extras, you don’t get them even if you pay for them, they serve you half cooked food, pull their pizzas way too early, and then if you asked to speak to someone or put a complaint in no one ever calls you back or no one ever helps you.I’m so done with domino’s pizza
