This is the 2nd time I have ordered the New York style pizza, unfortunately both times I was disappointed. There is no difference between the regular or the New York. Small slices and just not what was expected based on the advertisement. Not sure if it is just the 2 I ordered or if everyone has noticed the same thing, definitely not New York style slices☹️

Should’ve checked before I lleft. Worst sandwich I’ve ever had from ANY location.. this is supposed to be a mushroom delight. The bun is so hard it will break a tooth trying to eat it. Zero, and I mean ZERO mushroom sauce and very little cheese. The guy who was there cooking was cursing and dropping the F bomb word with the 2 drivers. If I wasn’t 20 minutes from the store I would’ve took it back and got my money back. It wasn’t fit to eat, I threw it in the trash.

I was disappointed with this order this time, and that is why I am giving 3 stars. Normally I would give 5 bc I have never experienced any issues with my order. The amount of chicken on this pizza was disappointing. I have ordered it numerous times, and this time it had very little chicken on it. my grandson had already taken 2 slices out of it before I saw it, but when I did I was not pleased. Lots of mushrooms, but very little chicken.

The service was great. Pizza was good. I appreciated colerain location. They had a woman in there that has worked for over 20 years and she is definitely a treat and a pleasure in that store. I put an order in on the app it said the pizza would be ready in 15 mins so I wait ten mins then proceed to the dominos. When I get there the manger gabe said my food had not enter the oven yet I then said it’s been thirty minutes since I put in my order and the app said it would be done in 15 min Gabe then said we are real busy I said is the app not accurate is I guess not man the customer service was very trash I will never spend a dollar there again

Me and my son come up here because it’s not far from where we stay we recently got a pasta don’t know who made it but it literally had nothing in it
But this young lady that have been making our food and you can tell it’s her she will not disappoint you please keep her making the food I literally just got a pizza from there and when I say toppings was all over the pizza that’s what it’s supposed to look like and the last time me and my son got pasta she made it in the bowl was full we definitely appreciate you keep it up I wish I knew her name I would definitely give her her recognition on here so the managers would know definitely keep her on the food side
Also want to give recognition to the staff everyone in there are is very cool we appreciate you guys

This is the only Dominos I’ve been going to since I moved to the College Hill area (about 2 years). No matter if it’s pickup or delivery they always have everything right in a timely fashion. I went for pickup on 4/28 later at night (12am) and most places are slow and act like they don’t want to work but every time I come late they are alert. On that particular night a black lady (didn’t catch her name) was amazing and told me to give a good review so I did!

I’m beyond upset with this location. I ordered online Friday and my pickup time was for 13-23 minutes. When I arrived at the store the young lady told me it would only be 15-20 minutes. I decided to go ahead and wait for my order. I waited over an hour for my order. Then they dropped my lava cakes so I once again had to wait more time while my pizza was sitting there. By the time I got home the only thing warm was the lava cakes and I only live down the street. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
