I placed an order online like I do all of the time and when it arrived the thin crust pizza had so much cheese on it the pizza was soggy and greasy (if you know the thin crust it’s usually crispy) I also ordered GARLIC bread twist but received cinnamon twist (didnt even have the decency to give me icing with them) I tried contact the store about 8 times and it just rings over and over until it hangs up because it detects my number and it seems they are avoiding. I then blocked my number to call back just to be hung up on by the answering service because I didn’t have a special ?? I blocked my number a 2nd time to be told they were going to connect me to the store just to hear it ring over and over. I tried to report the issue online and was met with 2 solutions 20% off my next order (which is a daily coupon online anyways) or 60 points which can be used for a free item. When I really just want my bread twist replaced rather than take an online solution to be forced to spend more money with this place that is very seemingly a joke!!!

We ordered several pizzas one was a pan pizza and they accidentally messed it up they caught it before it went out to us and made another one the correct way gave us the mess up and the pan. This kind of service is unheard of and I’m very thankful they were honest and fixed it before it came to us. We’ve ordered at Pizza Hut usually and it’s usually the exact opposite. Thank you Dominos for being so awesome!

I ordered ahead as I usually do and Domino’s has always delivered impeccable service (and continues to do so!) but when I walked in to pick up my order after using their app today (01/09/26) to indicate I was heading inside, the staff had already initiated the process of handing me my order so that when I walked in, I didn’t have to say much. Because I frequently order from there, we formed a friendly bond and I don’t believe I spent even 1 minute inside their shop! Domino’s fast and friendly service

I ordered a chicken Buffalo sandwich an I received over cooked bread an no chicken at all instead they put a piece hoagie meat that is dried out an very little sauce with nothing else on it an both my chicken Alfredo bowls look as if one bowl was split into half an no sauce I spent 50 dollars an the kids bowls wasn’t enough an I couldn’t eat mine at all I always spend 50 or more I’m really upset by this

It took a lot for me to come to a review for this Domino’s because it’s been my neighborhood Doms for 5 years but they are lazy here and lack any customer satisfaction. I’m done ordering here because it’s catch 22 every time you order for the past year. they need a new cutter or something too because the pizza is never cut properly. This last order did it for me after I called to complain about the first order being half warm, not cut properly, and the crust looked old. They replace it with the ones in the pics I posted below. More company training needs to come to this location.

Updated, once again tried to order pizza through the website. No mention of delivery time while ordering. Email said 22-32 minutes. Time comes and goes. Go back to tracker says quality check 40 minutes ago, no update. No call no nothing. All the way at the bottom of the web page 42-52 minute delivery. Right where nobody would look unless they are looking to make contact. Another bs way for a corporation to avoid lawsuits for piss poor service. Don’t go here. Go anywhere else they don’t deserve your patronage. If it takes an hour for delivery, just say that. Poor, misleading service for mediocre food.

Jeff doesn’t seem to care about customer service or quality control. We had stopped ordering Domino’s for at least 6 months because every time we would order from this location, at least one thing was made incorrectly. Pizza costs too much these days to order from a place that predictably gets things wrong every time. Decided to give them another try; it had been a while and maybe things had improved. Ordered a chicken Buffalo pizza with extra Buffalo sauce, a cheese pizza, some of their new loaded tots, and a 2 liter. Pretty simple order. I go pick it up and bring it home only to discover the chicken Buffalo pizza has zero Buffalo sauce on it. None – see the photo. We ordered extra sauce. The tots were burned as well. I call and speak with the manager Jeff. He takes my number and pulls up the order to replace the pizza. I mention the burned tots as well. He asks for my phone number again to pull the order back up and I chuckled. I had just given it to him and I was incredibly frustrated with my experience. I hear him mutter “I don’t know why you laugh, but okay…” and when I called him on the poor customer service of even having said that to me, he kept speaking to me in that tone. He never even apologized for the error, only offered to remake or give a credit. When I tried to explain why this was all upsetting he talked over me and claimed he watched the tots go out and that they weren’t burned. He wanted to fight with me about it. I was shocked. I went to the store a second time to pick up my remade items. I never got an apology. He would barely look me in the eye. Very clearly wanted me to leave, talking over me. No sense of customer service aside from remaking the food – not good enough. Until Jeff is no longer there, we will not be patrons of this location.
