Update 4 years later Jan ’26 This place is DISGRACEFUL! I complained years ago, driving to the store after receiving the pizza that was clearly a medium when I ordered a large. They refused to do anything with it. Today I order again and look at that: they’re still sending out 12″ pizzas and calling them large! Compare this domino’s to ANY other one in the area. On top of that, the pizza is yet again taking an hour (or more, who knows!) to arrive yet again at 8 pm. They only have one driver AGAIN! Manager says get bent. Has the employee tell me for him. Wow! Worst ran domino’s of all time! Upon receiving two medium 12″ pizzas, one being a basic cheese instead of specialty Wisconsin, and them being room temp, I called again thinking surely that would be enough for a real solution. They saw my number on caller ID and hung up on me. I would never order from this domino’s but I don’t have a choice unless I do pickup. Go to reading road if you want them to actually pick up the phone and have the pizza ready in a timely manner. They have clearly made no attempt to correct this issue in all these years. They don’t hire and staff enough drivers. You’d think for the $6 delivery fee per order and removing the ability to combine coupons dramatically increasing margins that they could employ people and have a functioning business. It’s incredibly clear that they intend on running the business like this. Easily the worst pizza place near blue ash/deer park. Just get pizza hut if you want consistency or the reading rd domino’s.

The driver I usually interact with is much faster, but he and the new driver don’t wear masks. “Report issue” in their app redirects to domino’s.com.
Just terrible customer service. Decent food. I don’t blame the driver either.

I live by this dominos and order it occasionally. The reason I don’t do it more often is the food quality is terrible. The last 3 pizzas I have ordered from this location never have enough cheese on the pizza. You see all dough and sauce with just a tiny sprinkle of cheese. This will be the last time I order from this store. I know they are a bargain pizza place but come on. At least have the cheese cover the pizza. Same thing every time I order from store.

I ordered 2 hoggies and they were burnt and the ends were like rock hard okay cool so I took it back up there explained my problem and the older guy seems really offended by it and I explained all I want is the same thing but not burnt and hard and they said there’s nothing they can do it will come out the same way everytime which from a Machine standpoint I guess I understand but the attitude because I don’t want to eat rock hard food ? That’s horrible customer service. I shouldn’t feel like I can’t speak up about the money I’ve spent because you’ve clearly been offended as if I’m some greedy person for wanting food I can chew. The female worker tho I will say was more casual and carrying about the situation. She even brought me my new food when I was waiting outside she definitely deserves a raise. The little things go a long way and I appreciate her for that very nice beautiful young lady

This Domino’s Pizza is located very close to me so I love the convenience! They seem to have a lot of deals and coupons to choose from.
Pizza is always good regardless (in my opinion).
The place itself is a smaller building with a few seats.
It’s mainly used for delivery or takeout.
They keep everything clean, they are friendly and orders are prepared in a timely manner.

Who Dey! It’s the first Sunday of the 2025 NFL Season and every pizza joint in America is getting pummeled with orders today, and yet, this Domino’s delivered my pizza and tots from store to door 35 minutes after ordering, just impressive! And everything was hot and perfect.

I came into the store ordered my steak Hoagie paid and tip the young man went across the street to IGA come back see you on the wall that my order is ready and I see it coming out of the oven but the young man is so busy talking on his cell phone which is in his ear so he’s still working hands-free. But he’s not paying attention to his job. I called to him before I see the food hit the floor but by then it’s on the floor. I asked for a discount Something Free he said he couldn’t do anything he should have given me my tip back. I am not satisfied.

We ordered delivery with a gift card, my son actually went out to get pizza, as well as give tip. 1- online it showed our food finished and sitting at the store for a good 25-30 minutes (store is maybe 3 minutes from here). I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Domino’s location. While checking out, the cashier — who was clearly new and doing their best — was having some trouble with the card machine. Instead of offering guidance or support, the manager began yelling loudly and repeatedly, “Press the green button! Press the green button! Press the green button!” across the counter. His tone was harsh and completely uncalled for, especially in front of customers.
It was extremely unprofessional and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The cashier visibly appeared anxious and flustered after being yelled at like that, which made the whole situation even more upsetting to witness. I genuinely felt bad for them. I will definitely be taking my business to a different Domino’s location moving forward.

Went in to buy pizza and they took all day getting my order but when they took my order they were nice and pleasant. It was a 30 minute wait but I think it was so long because of the holiday. Food was delicious. Besides the long wait times I had an good experience.

Horrible pizza and horrible people I walked in Friday and they weren’t busy. The workers could see people waiting but just walked past as if people weren’t standing their. I finally got some rude man attention and realized the pizzas I paid for were wrong.I ordered two large pizzas but instead they gave me two medium pizzas and I tried to tell the man that the pizzas were cold and my order was wrong he wasn’t listening at all he was a older white guy with glasses he kept trying to argue with me. I just walked out with the cold pizzas and just warmed them up when I got home.never again
