Received a disappointing dinner tonight, called the store and they made it right! Unfortunately I think a lot of staff needs better training to prevent the mishap in the future and someone needs to look at the food and ask themselves if they would eat it before it’s sent out. Wings were soggy, light bake and hardly any sauce on them.. pizza was well done and very solid. Dinner was delayed and my pasta bowl got cold while I waited for my son and fiancés dinner to arrive. :/ dominos used to be a favorite and now it’s like it will be awhile before we order again.

I called after placing and requested to make a small edit because the app wouldn’t let me request no garlic butter on our sandwich.
Caleb was very nice and answered the phone. He made sure the request was met and then he delivered the order too. He was awesome very nice and very quick. This was hands down some of the best food we have had from this location! Great job!

Every time we get delivery in the past few months we have been shorted on our food.
The boneless chicken says 8 pieces but you get 2-3 barely chicken pieces.
The pasta comes less than half full.
Very disappointing and wish I could get refunds.
Only decent thing made properly is pizza.

You got to be kidding right? Store is 2 miles up the road. It’s been 17 minutes since the order was out for delivery, over an hour since I ordered…. It’s a Monday night…. Horrible service. I can only imagine how cold my food is going to be when it someday gets here.

I just want to know how this is even acceptable to be sent out of the store. I called the store to explain to them there’s a missing piece from our pizza. They “assured” me that there isn’t any missing pieces and that there was an issue and they had to put the pizza back together. Why send it out then?? This is ridiculous.

This is what I got when I ordered two mushroom delight hoagys on 4/13/18. Not only is there a pitiful amount of cheese and mushrooms, the mushrooms look pretty old and nasty. I called immediately upon receiving my order and was treated like a liar; had the phone handed off to someone else without even telling me and had to go through the situation all over again. I heard someone in the background saying “I made that order specifically…” something something, as if I were being dishonest. So I had to have the hoagys taken back to the store to PROVE they were garbage. Had them re-made, and they were returned to me not much better, not cut in half, shredded cheese tossed on and not even melted. I just got an order there a few days ago and it was fine. Not sure what happened, but if I’m paying that much for food it should be edible every time, not hit and miss. Won’t be a problem again though. I will never return there. The food was bad enough, but the attitudes I was met with sealed the deal. (Just saw the pictures I tried to post are not showing up. Don’t know what that’s about, but I have pics of the hoagys. Yes they were that bad.)

Ordered 30 pizzas for our local food pantry ministry. They did an awesome job! Caleb helped us load all of the pizzas up And was very helpful and friendly. Some of the best customer service I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant in a long time. Thank you!

Probably the most incompetent staff I’ve ever seen. We went in store and ordered one item, we were told it would be 10 minutes. We sit down in the store to wait. 10 minutes goes by and we look up, and our order is sitting on the shelf. So who knows how long ago it was done. I go up to the counter to collect my order, and it took (I assume a shift leader) 5 minutes to assign someone to come help me like I couldn’t see and hear everyone in there. Really disappointed in the level of customer service this place provided. If you want to order Dominos, dont order in store that’s for sure.
