I’ve always enjoyed Domino’s food, but my orders never seem to arrive as requested. It feels like something is always missing. I’ve had good experiences with the staff and their manners, but it’s frustrating that they can’t seem to follow straightforward instructions.
For instance, I’ve ordered the Spicy Chicken Bacon Ranch twice, just as it appears on the menu, yet both times it’s come without the “spice.” I also requested a simple pepperoni pizza with banana peppers, but received it without the peppers.
When they ask whether I prefer pie or square cut, my family always chooses square. However, we consistently get a mixed cut—neither square nor pie — often resembling a jumbled mess! Plus, it’s rarely cut all the way through.
I’m not seeking free food; I just want my orders prepared correctly. I really hope they can get it together.

I jave ordered a few times with them and something was always missing on my order. I am no longer waisting my money there. There’s a gas station holtsfield down the street that has better quality food as well as service.

Order LG pizza, extra cheese, banana peppers and pepperoni the pizza hardly had any sauce on it there was no extra cheese I went with a normal amount of banana peppers and pepperonis and that was probably the least amount on it the zesty Hoagie that I ordered had no sauce on it it’s a good thing I got two packets of garlic butter to help with the dryness the delivery lady was awesome very polite and very helpful. Dessert brownies were warm and delicious and the 2 L of coke was cold for the amount of money $44.05 very disappointed in the Hoagie and pizza in all fairness it was my first time ordering online the fault might be partly mine I may not have ordered right

I’ve been to this location countless times, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Ethan stood out as a great communicator and a true role model for customer service. What impressed me most was how he used his downtime to support his team rather than staying idle—he clearly understands the value of teamwork and going above and beyond. His attitude and effort made a noticeable difference and contributed to a smooth, positive visit.

I order from Domino’s more than I want to admit. Never disappointed. Food is as it should be and delivery is predictable. Drivers are friendly, professional, and just all around great. Never an issue. If they think there might have been issue they offer a free pizza. I have gotten a couple of these without a complaint. They just felt like they could have done better even though I was satisfied with the service.

Three weeks ago I ordered 4 different Lg. pizzas. One was wrong, no big deal. I called and explained the problem and he said I will give you the credit the next time you come in. I said that is fine I didn’t want to drive the 12 miles. Now comes today I ordered 4 pizzas and a sandwich they didn’t give my wife the credit. I call again and he said I was yelling? Then he hung up. Now I had the 12 miles to drive. When I got into the store the employee asked “can I help you.” I said yes I have an issue for a credit. He instantly started to yell Your the one that was yelling about the credit. I just looked at him as I was unfolding my receipt and said I’m not the one yelling and He smacked my hands and tore the receipt from them and then through it in the trash. Then he started yelling get out of my store or I’ll call the police. I will never go back to that store, anyone that angry might do something to your food.

I went in store and placed an order. Large pizza with Pepperoni, mushrooms, ground beef and 8 wings. The person taking my order said that it would be 15 to 20 minutes and took my name. So I took a seat in the establishment. 45 minutes had gone by, I went to the counter and one of the people making pizza’s asked if I had an order and my name. I said yes, Terry. Another person behind the counter grabbed it and handed it to me. The pizza was cold and he went instant rude. Does not know what customer satisfaction means as he said that he was the manager!!. I guess that he was more worried about his other employees have the pizza’s touch in the oven. Horrible display of professionalism and I will never return. There ARE a lot more better pizza places in Hillsboro, Ohio. I highly recommend you go there!
