Waited in drive thru for almost hour. Said they dropped the pizza and ask me to wait for 8 more mins for another one. Pizza was ready. It was on the shelf. No one was there to give it to me. Cashier comes in and ask me “you’re still waiting”. By the time I grabbed my pizza and pasta. It was cold. I would rate 0 if I could.

Multiple times now the app tells me the order is ready, I get there and they havent started my order yet, making me wait an additional 10-15 after my pick up time. The GM is sometimes by himself, other times hes surrounded by employees, yet my order keeps getting forgotten about. Im pretty sure the GM recognizes me because of our conversations about the service. Pizza taste fine though, but they cant get it on time it seems.

Let me start off by saying, not the worse experience just felt it should be heard. Ordered online and patient at the pickup window. I genuinely understand the lack of and loss of employees in some places. I waited just a couple minutes at the window. Once someone came to the window, he was in a rush to get me my food ,sounds like he was maybe working alone or low staff… Handed it to me, I thanked him.. pulled off… I got close to turning onto the main road when I decided to check my food. The sandwich didn’t appear to have any condiments but I asked for Mushroom sauce.. since it was cut into half, I looked at the other side also, and I did see a little on side 2. Would’ve been too dry to eat so I pulled back around. Young man came, I politely said, may I have a small cup of mushroom sauce? He said its not something he can give me, it’s cooked in it.. although I was confused, I said so can you take the sandwich and put it on there, he said yes. And it appeared he did. As this was happening, I checked my second box which was a order of hot wings. They looked very light in color and no sauce.. was odd though because the parchment paper had a little sauce on it. I briefly thought maybe the Wings taste hot versus being saucy. I didn’t bother saying anything with the current situation and the lack of customer service, not to mention his facial expressions.. again, this is probably because he was rushing. I left… got home and decided after biting into one wing that I would put them back in the oven, my oven. They weren’t spicy at all. The pic added is after heating on foil in the oven. I dipped them in my ranch, and went about my evening. They were plain. Almost appeared that my box was previously used by some wings that did have sauce… idk… idk if there’s a condiment/sauce crisis but that’s what I experienced

10/10. i live in middletown and i will always go out of my way to this location because ive never once had an ounce of negative or bad energy from here. perfect customer service and my pizza was always crispy and warm. i couldnt reccomend a place better!!!!

We decided to give Domino’s a try tonight after taking a break because of poor food quality. Well tonight was the clincher I won’t be ordering from that Domino’s for quite a while. They have taken chicken off the menu which I can understand with what’s going on right now. However, the quality of the food has hit an all-time low. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak the toppings were extremely skimpy and I could not find more than four or five little shreds of the meat. I took the toppings from the whole sandwich and put it on one half of the sandwich to make a somewhat reasonable sandwich. In the picture the little brown piece by the potato chips is one of the five shreds of beef that I found on the sandwich and they were all about that size.

Got the New York style crust with sausage, green Olives, and banana peppers. It was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in quite awhile. And delivery was prompt, pizza hot.
