The staff at this location have always been friendly, but the food quality and correctness have dropped to rock bottom. This location and the previous on Roosevelt had been excellent, but for the last 8-12 months or so has been horrible. Orders placed online and receipts showing correct order placed are continuously incorrect when food is received. Not worth going back anymore. Every restaurant has a bad day or mistakes made here and there, but not almost every time for the past year or so.

I haven’t had a single issue with this domino’s ever since moving here. Once the pick up window was backed up and instead of letting us all just sit there an employee had come out and asked if we had prepaid, since we had he went in and grabbed it so we didn’t have to wait. They’ve gotten our order right everytime, it’s always hot, never burnt or under done, with a good amount of toppings. I appreciate everyone there, you have taken stress off my plate several times, making it to where I don’t have to worry about dinner. Thank you! Keep up the good work!

Kayla in the store did a great job making sure I was taken care of including explaining to me the policy around not being affiliated with the online business. As corporate doesn’t really give much of a strategy around issues that arise around coupons failing. Due to the website crashing my order became broken and required me to call in to place order. The order came out substantially more expensive than I was expecting and was missing food. Kayla happily remade the food and I was able to re place the order using the app in two separate transactions. Good on Roosevelt blvd domino’s, bad on corporate for placing staff in the position to not even have the ability to serve their customers
