After ordering pizza a couple more times here, the pizza was better so I improved the food rating but It seems like skimpy toppings are the new normal. It’s not a bad pizza but no matter how many toppings that I add, it’s still a dainty pizza – and a 5 topping large Domino’s pizza is not worth $24. Luckily they have deals which make it closer to what it’s worth.
That being said, customer service here is always great and so is the speed that they make the pizza when you pick it up for yourself.

After reaching out on the App, I was contacted by Dominos and was offered credit for a new pizza. I will update the rating next time I try them because it might have just been a couple mishaps.

I don’t know what happened to Domino’s. It used to be one of my favorite pizza places. The employees are always friendly but the pizza has gone downhill. My last order was no good and it seems that topping proportions are very inconsistent; If I order Extra chicken, pepperoni, or cheese, there seems to be no difference between Regular chicken, pepperoni, or cheese. The pictures show the pizza from the last time that I ordered. It was overwhelmingly alfredo sauce and hardly any cheese, even though I ordered quadruple cheese, and doubled every other topping (there is no additional sauce on my plate, that was all from the pizza).

Their pizza is always hot and delicious when it’s delivered, but their delivery service is kinda iffy. If you live in an apartment like I do, expect there to be some delivery drivers to deliver your pizza at the wrong door.
I had a screw up today where the app said the delivery was complete, but the pizza never arrived until I called to complain to them to find out that the delivery driver just left the door. I’m literally right there.

Got to the pick up window and a little early at 7:16 and had my pizza in the oven by 7:17. Waited with 3 screaming kids and saw our order was done for over 5 or so minutes. 7:34 came around so I had the wife park and I walked in and asked for my order specifically. The gentleman just handed my pizza and walked away.

The food and prices are always good here. I like getting points and rewards towards free food each time I order. That is a nice feature. They always have the best prices in town on a large pizza. The delivery drivers are always fast. Navigating the app isn’t hard at all. It is cool how it tells you the process of the pizza being made and the ability to monitor that. All in all I would recommend this place to all the important people in my life.

I like that it has a drive thru. The newish location is in a more convenient spot especially when exiting and entering the parking lot. Sometimes you have to wait on someone to answer the window but in general I have no real complaints. I’ve also picked up and the inside is clean. Also done delivery despite living a few minutes away and their drivers are fast.

We order here all the time.. today we order a pizza for lunch watched it on the app just to see it take over 30 minutes from the time it left the store.. it showed the driver go all the way to carslisle first when we are literally 3 minutes away.. on top of that the girl had a bad attitude, didn’t even say anying and we always tip good.. never again.. we will either come get it or order something else if we need delivery
