We are loyal costumers, we order from Dominos a lot. We have been having a huge issue with this one pizza, every. Single. Time. We order it. It is just my husband’s pizza the only one he loves and lately Domino’s has been struggling with making it right. Tonight not only did they forget the sauce on the pizza but they didn’t even cut it. This is very upsetting as we should be able to trust the food we get and not have to check every time we order from one of our favorite places.

I was there tonight 2/6 around 10pm and had AMAZING service. How we order our pizza can be a hit or miss (one is usually light cheese and the other is light sauce extra cheese) and for the first time in many many years they came out PERFECT!! I even called back and spoke to Derek to thank them and I wanted them to know how pleased I was, worth every dollar!! Darren was the one making pizzas too and I wanted to let them know they’re appreciated. I hope you get more business! This will be my ONLY pizza place from now on 🙂

Went in to get some gift cards for my mom. 3 employees in the store that I could see. One acknowledged me and when I said I wanted gift cards I was totally ignored the rest of the time. I totally understand getting the orders out of the oven when they are done but to then ignore me to go start making more without a second glance to me was in my opinion very rude. Just reinforcement as to why I don’t use this establishment. I will talk my mom into somewhere different.

This pizza stop did not go as planned. Let me tell you about it. For starters it was a terrible snowy day today. I was shocked Dominos was even open. I have been sick these past couple days and I really wanted lunch for my family but didn’t have the energy to make it. So I ordered some pizza instead. I opted for curbside pick up and arrived a bit early. I notified the members I was there using the apps feature “I’m here”. Moments later a gentleman by the name of Aaron came out. He was very apologetic and let me know that something had happened to my order but that they promptly put in a new order for me and it would be ready soon. This is no problem for me because I was just grateful they made it to work today and could make my family some lunch. I told him it was no problem at all and that I’d wait. He went back inside. He came out a little while later and apologized again but assured me it was coming and offered an extra item for our wait. I was stunned. This is customer service you just don’t see anymore. Apologies are really appreciated but of course adding a special item is above and beyond!!!
When our food came out he was very proud of what he created and asked that I check it to see if it was to my standards. Another WOW moment. I looked at the pizza and honestly it was a work of art!! This guy is a Dominos star member and needs recognized! I have never had a bad interaction at this store but this really put them in a new category. Aaron is a team member you’d want to take your companies name to the next level.
I hope you really listen to what I’m saying and recognize that guy with more than just a good job. He really showed a side of customer service that has long since disappeared. Not to mention, he came outside to me and held conversation IN THE SNOW! It was all eyes on me and I was too priority for him.

Food tasted good this time however my pizza wasn’t cut. The driver had a small attitude because they went to the wrong house but arrived in a timely manner.

Called to order a pizza for my son and his friends after the football , I was hung up on twice by some kid that started to take my order. It was 10 pm , on line says they are open till 1 am. This is not the first time this has happened to us. So I called Pizza Hut and they had one delivered asap for the kids.

Unfortunately tonight can’t give good review . Always had good food and service so tonight very disappointed. Ordered my pizza an hour ago and it’s not even started yet! Then the young lady (who was very nice) informed me there were 7 MORE waiting to be made yet before me. Cancelled my order ♀️.

I’ve been getting pizza at this Domino’s for years, and *just* realized that I never sent a review for it. The employees are very nice, and the food comes out perfect (you might need to put it in the oven a little longer if you ask for extra sauce, but I don’t blame it on staff). I wish I could still tip them, but it doesn’t seem like they allow you to anymore.

I’m giving 5 stars just so Arron gets recognization!! I had ordered a larger order for my daughter birthday party. An hour before it was suppose to be ordered I called to add another pizza because I was worried I didn’t have enough. He did the math on the phone with me and was very helpful. But it didn’t stop there. When I walked in to pick up my order he had it timed perfectly to the exact minute I arrived. He was helpful, professional, and as a server for over 10 years some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time! He made my experience wonderful! And he deserves a raise

I ordered a meat lovers pizza. Driving never showed. Be canceled my order. I shan’t use them again. My place shouldn’t have been that hard to find. In my day, the drivers would call you up to fine tune your location if need be. This is a difference and a lousy generation. The receptionist was pleasant on the phone.
