Absolutely love all of the food they serve here. Their team works so well together and are really friendly. I work next door to them and they’ve offered to bring the food over and not charge a delivery fee. I would 10/10 recommend this place if you just need a quick pick me up. My go to is their pasta and lava cakes!

Thank you Charlie for going above and beyond to fix the mistake made by Wooster, after they refused to take care of the problem. With a household full of people Orrville not only replaced the pizzas, but also with no charge. Again it was not their mistake. And they were giving 50%off for the holidays , so they were extremely busy. We are extremely grateful and will go to Orrville from now on for our pizza! I do not like the call center. Now, to the important part, I hadn’t ordered pizza from here for a very long time due to the poor experiences in the past. During a ladies’ poker game, we decided to give it a chance, and we were pleasantly surprised! The manager is a very nice woman to speak with. She made good on a mistake that the call center had made. Keep up the good service Orrville Team!!

Had the absolute worst experience last night. Our food was late, it was burned, one of the dishes was beyond disgusting. That wasn’t the worst part. The worst was the service. I left a review in the app and detailed what was wrong. Then got an email for review and I left one star. That would have been well and good. However my phone rang and I recognized the number. So sent to voicemail. It rang again and again sent to voicemail. Then they called back AGAIN so I answered ti be met with the rudest most unprofessional jerk who berated me for leaving a one star review and hung up on me. So I called back and asked his name. He refused and berated me some more so now I’m looking for the owner contact information, I won’t be going back to this establishment until I speak to them and I urge everyone in Orrville to avoid until this issue is dealt with. That kind of person running a place with food. Scary thought. I hate to leave such a negative review but I have never been treated so disrespectfully and unprofessionally ever. Hoping the owner will reach out. I will attach a what I ordered vs what I got but again this wasn’t the worst part. The behavior of the employee is by far the worst part. I have also opened a case with Dominos corporate. Also screen shots showing the harassing incoming calls.

Everyone is always super friendly in here, but my food is correct about 60% of the time. The issues are also typically huge deviations from the original order. The day shift drivers do not follow any directions that you leave for them. Night shift does great.
