Another one bites the crust. This place is pretty good. Ordered pickup, they crushed it. Cheese stuffed pizza is over rated. Get you a NY style 9.99 and be good. Could use more chalk, to draw on your walls.

I love pizza, but I got a chicken bacon ranch pizza from here, and the jalapenos tasted like olives. They looked right, but had zero heat and were all briney and gross. I hate olives so I took two bites and threw the rest away (they were too melted into the cheese to just pick out). I haven’t thrown away any pizza, especially a fresh one, in as long as I can remember. Truly disgusting.

We sort of dined in and carried out. Our family of 3, came in my husband and picky 8 ADHD Autistic baby girl and she has a hard time finding things to eat that she doesn’t just play with or eat and as soon as we walked in this place she was just as happy as could be! Which means so we’re we! Josh took our order and Keneddy made our food! Josh was so incredibly patient and sympathetic and I cannot say that enough. They were both so thoughtful and uncommonly kind to all of us. They went above and beyond for us as human aquanitenses in general. Josh was so helpful, single handedly finding exactly what was perfect for our little one! We usually dred ordering out pizza and we LOVE too but it does make our little happy so we dred it and very away from it. We decided to walk into this dominos on a whim having wanted to show it to my husband for some time due to them having such a huge nice dining area and space! Keneddy was so efficient and multitasked, she talked too and listed to my little girl all the while preparing her orders, one after the other never straying away or getting attracted from her work nor her and my daughters conversation which boosted my daughters confidence SO MUCH! I know it may seem silly but if you have a family or have a special needs child then you will understand how much such an experience like this means to a family and a what would’ve been a simple evening turned to happiness, peace, excitement and contentment! Thank you so much Josh and Keneddy. In your eyes you may have been “just doing your jobs” and I know a 20 % tip isn’t much but you have us the gift of peace for the evening so thank you so much! You have us as loyal customers from now on hands down! Thanks so much! I hope your boss happens to see this and praise you one way or another bc you truly deserve it for what was said in this review and all the things that went unsaid! You definitely respect what you do even thought it’s only making pizza you are dignified and humble people! Mich love and happiness to you both!

My family has ordered pizza from this location for years but recently it has really gone down hill. My last few orders haven’t been great, but this most recent one was just awful. Crust was way overcooked and hard. Asked for extra sauce on the pizzas and didn’t get it. We ordered 2 specialty pizzas and barely had any toppings. I sincerely doubt I’ll be ordering again anytime soon.

I attempted to place an order on Friday, October 31 and kept getting a technical error every time I will try to place my order so I called the store and the associate told me they didn’t know and there was no way they could check to see if the website was down. I advised that I had tried to place an order three or four times online and got a technical issue error associate then informed me that the “district manager” disabled online, ordering on a Friday and a holiday . I will never order from this place again and I will discourage everyone I know from ordering from this place ever again. That is horrible customer service.

Don’t even attempt carside pickup. I was 5 minutes late of the time window to pickup. Still waited an extra 10 minutes, called to ask about it to which I was hung up on. When the guy brought it out he said absolutely NOTHING. not a hi, not an apology, not a have a good night , nothing. Going here for ever. Last two orders they cancel my order last minute and then I wait 5 days for my refund and lose my free pizza coupon. If y’all don’t wanna honor it don’t promote it 2 times is enough for a honest review. I’m just done dealing with it. If you live in Massillon and like pizza, you need to go to Domino’s on Lincoln Way. Clean dining area, friendly staff, consistent food. The manager Matt is awesome, treats every customer interaction like greating an old friend. Highly recommend if you’re in the area
