Father in law ate 4 slices of pizza, I ate half of one slice and found a hair in my pizza. Was told to bring it back up to the store and they would replace it. Got there and had to wait half an hour to even talk to someone just for them to tell me because “most of the pizza was eaten” they can’t do anything. Manager was nothing but disrespectful. Definitely not how you handle business. Will not be eating here ever again and do not recommend anyone else does either. Manager also decided she didn’t want to be identified and told us she doesn’t have a name but she looks like a troll.

I ordered the NY style pizza and some parmesan bites online with no special instructions at 5:38pm. When it arrived, at 6:47pm, the driver left it by the front door as I asked when I ordered. Not even a minute later I brought everything in the house. First the pizza was cold. It was cut into party pieces, which I DIDN’T ASK FOR and the bites were also cold. Don’t order from this store unless you want cold food.

I received my pizza order and both pizzas were wrong! Called the Youngstown,OH location and spoke to Jessica I explained to her about the issues with both pizzas and she stated that she would make new ones was also said it would be an hour wait. Over an hour later, I received the two new pizzas and the order was STILL WRONG on one because it had mushrooms on it that I did not order and the second pizza was HALF-COOKED and you could even see that the cheese was not fully melted. I called back and the same girl that answered the first time Jessica who also said she was the manger, re-made the pizzas and got them wrong again…and your the manager?! She offered again to make new pizzas and I said no because she clearly did not care about our order. The pizza box was wet and extremely greasy. My mom’s pizza was cold. So, we ended up putting the pizzas in the oven. Heating her pizza up, and finish cooking my raw pizza. She offered me a store credit for another pizza. Her attitude was very nonchalant and condescending. I wanted my money back. Because there is no way! I WILL NEVER BUY PIZZA FROM THAT LOCATION AGAIN! Not even gonna use the credit. The only person that I’ll give a good review for is the driver he was nice and polite. Still, my overall experience was terrible! Check out the pictures of the greasy pizza box that was brought to me with the extremely greasy half cooked pizza. It was so greasy that it soaked the pizza box they delivered it to me in. The other image are the half cooked pieces that I have sat on foil and put in my oven to finish cooking it. Of all my years of pizza deliveries, this was the worst pizza I’ve ever received.

The manager and his staff are are awesome! Always friendly and making great pizzas (I’m a purist). I really like the thin crust pizzas and I will admit to trying lots of topping combinations, e.g. a Margherita-style pizza with marinata sauce subbed for the regular sauce, and tomatoes and spinach on top. Or subbing the BBQ sauce and putting pepperoni and pineapple on top!

Poor excuse of a store, manager is very unprofessional and food quality was BS!! Chicken Alfredo barley had anything in it and called to make a complaint and she goes to say it goes buy weight limit on how much you fill the bowl up!!! Never again!!!

Fantastic pizza, I hadn’t tried dominos on Belmont before so it was definitely a great experience, it use to be that dominos didn’t deliver around here, Pizza Hut and Coccas were definitely good but I’m glad we finally have a dominos to add to the selection, the delivery driver David, was fantastic very kind and prompt, sometimes I have to wait for over an hour for Pizza Hut and it’s just a little further down the road, all together it took less than half an hour, everything is very well made, the pizza I ordered was the philly steak pizza and it’s really good, it tastes almost like the Marcos pizza ohilly steak pizza but better. The lava cakes which I was amassed they even had were really good, a nice coating of powdered sugar and gooey chocolate center. If you’re looking for a place they has better deals than the rest of the places on the strip, check out this dominos they actually taste really good now
