I was a little hesitant to order after reading reviews. My experience was opposite. Pizza was ready, hot, and as ordered. There were ample toppings. Employees we friendly. I used the online 50% off deal with no problem. I had a great experience with Domino’s Wadsworth. Pizza was tasty!

Took 1 hr. Then I only got a six inch sub, repeated calls to store to address issue went unanswered. I even called driver he said he would have store call me. That was 2 hrs. Ago. Store phone and driver now will not respond. Phone rings and rings then cutts me off. I won’t be buying from Domino’s any more.

If I could give a zero I would because the flavor literally almost triggers a gag reflex.
Ordered a New York style with pepperoni. Whatever cheese or pepperoni they’re using makes the pizza taste like the 1990s-early 2000s boxed or elementary school pizzas. It’s that very pungent/weird flavor that’s more of an odor that you’re tasting instead of smelling. Anyone who has had those middle school lunch pizzas knows what I mean.
Very bad especially for the price.
I used to order Dominos in the past years ago and it didn’t taste like that so it’s either this location getting cheap on ingredients or Dominos has changed their ingredients (also getting cheap on ingredients).

Just a crappy place! I placed an order on the app 2 hours ahead of time got a confirmation email that the order was placed. I went to pick it up at the designated time and my pizza is nowhere to be found. They had a record of the order and on their end it said that the order was complete. But no pizza to be found. Ridiculous! Just ridiculous!
There are much better and more reliable pizza places in town.

Terrible. We ordered pizza at 1:30 pm for delivery at 4:30. At 5:30 it still hadn’t arrived. We called and they said it was coming out of the oven in 10 minutes and would be delivered. An hour later they said they had no one to deliver and we would have to come pick it up! They wanted to hang up on me because they had people in the lobby. Canceled order. No satisfaction at all!

Tried to.order a family meal fir over $50 before I have surgery. But. They won’t answer the phone and the app won’t fill any orders for today. This has been ongoing. I love their pizza, but this really is inconvenient.

Ordered 2 pizzas yesterday 12/6 around 3 pm. Everyone commented the pizzas were horrible.
This location is very inconsistent as we have also experienced very good pizzas. Just never know what your going to get. I would think they would have the process down.

Forgot my sauces again. Didn’t notice until I was home and what was going to be a really great meal to make a stressful day better, but disappointment since I had already driven back to Rittman. Luckily I walked into the local rittman Pizza Hut and they felt so bad for me that they gave me the sauces for free. Sadly I then found out Domino’s also did not put buffalo sauce on my pizza. I will be going to Pizza Hut next time as they take care of their guests.

So I ordered two chicken bread bowls I waste my time driving to pick up this food 45 minutes away I get back home and realize they gave me two regular pasta bowls instead of bread bowl so I called them they told me they’re going to credit us for the two bread bowls a couple weeks ago by I try to recoup those credits and they tell me there’s nothing on my account and nothing they can do so pretty much they just take your money and rip you off the manager was very rude on the phone she needs to be fired she would not be working at any of my businesses that’s for sure. I will never use a Domino’s again!

Ordered an hour ahead of time, when I arrived at the pickup time my order had not even been prepared, they said they were running late but as I sat and waited, very few items were coming out of the oven. When I was given my order the dipping sauces were just sitting loose on top one of the boxes.
