Then, this past weekend, I put in an online order. Shortly after, I was warned by a mom who’d heard from other moms that this location had gone downhill and that this location will just randomly cancel orders.
The app showed my order was already being prepared so I figured it must’ve been someone with a different experience or things have improved. After about an hour of hanging there in the prep phase, mine was cancelled!
It’s understandable that businesses get overwhelmed and plans change but that’s a long time to let an order enter the prep phase just to be cancelled.
Based on that, can I really recommend them?
I had a very disappointing experience with the Pearl Road, Strongsville location. I placed an online order around 7:30 PM and went to collect it at approximately 8:30 PM. Although the store’s listed closing time is 11:00 PM, the location was already closed while still accepting online orders.
I contacted customer service and was informed that a refund would be issued within a couple of days. However, even after two weeks, I did not receive the refund. I then visited the store in person to inquire about the issue, but the staff member was extremely rude, said they did not have time to discuss it, and refused to provide any assistance or refund.
Due to time constraints, I chose not to pursue the matter further and considered the amount lost. However, I strongly believe this location should not continue accepting online orders when the store is closed, as this is misleading and unfair to customers.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the refund process and customer service standards to prevent similar experiences for others
I would give 5 star on all aspects.
