Don’t get me wrong, I order here on a fairly regular basis and service is normally decent but today’s experience turned it all around. I attempted to order online with their app and was unable to send the order through. After having to call to place the order the price was increased compared to their app. I ordered two medium pizzas and after I got home I found out my pizza (pepperoni and bacon with light sauce and light cheese) had more cheese on it than the second pizza I ordered with regular cheese. This is seen in the picture below, quite literally a quarter inch thick of rubbery greasy cheese on a light cheese pizza. There was less than half the topping on the pepperoni and bacon pizza than I have ever gotten on any on my previous orders with the same specifications. So disappointed after looking forward to pizza. In the end I picked off so much cheese that I had a pile of cheese bigger than than the amount I ate before giving up and throwing away my leftovers after not even two slices. Truly horrible experience whoever made this pizza was an incompetent employee to add more cheese to the light cheese pizza than the regular cheese pizza.

Ordered online, tracker said my 2 pizzas were ready. Went up there to pick up and was told order wasn’t ready. Waited about 10 mins then overheard the crew talking about how my pizza was stuck to the screen and remade twice already. Apparently got stuck to the screen twice. Watched 2 crew members use their fingers to try to separate pizza from screen. Crew member came to me and immediately offered to cancel the order, didn’t provide other options. I was in a hurry and didn’t want to wait for another remake attempt. Would have been a great opportunity for him to offer to remake it and just have it delivered as I live close. He wasn’t mean but was very dismissive and obviously didn’t care my time was totally wasted. I offered to purchase just the one pizza that was good and ready. Crew member rang it up full price and wouldn’t honor mobile coupon I originally ordered with. I also asked for confirmation of cancellation and a receipt or something and he was unable to do that. He did attempt to show me their gross computer screen showing the canceled order as if I understand the dominos POS system. I used to patronize this dominos regularly and it’s unfortunate some of the crew were dismissive and annoyed, but I’ll get pizza elsewhere moving forward. Lots of better options in the area.

I order from here almost once a week and I’ll happily admit it. with a lot of fast food quality and service issues cropping up everywhere, I haven’t had a SINGLE issue with this location. all the delivery drivers are nice, follow instructions, and the pizza is delicious every time.

Gave us burnt pizzas and when we called Gabriel answered the phone rudely so we asked for a manager and he put us on hold for 20 minutes so we drove up there and he was the manager. Sounds like you need all new crew and a quality control check when stuff lives sorry but Hannah was your best manager you’ve ever had and I know she would have never let that leave the store fell like if we didn’t go up there in person we would have Ben left on hold by a liar do better domino’s of Fairview park

I have been a customer at this location more than a handful of times since relocating to the area. There’s almost always some kind of issue with my online order, whether it’s 1 topping or 3 toppings.. Tonight was the final straw. I had placed an online order and signed up for text notifications as I usually would. After 15 minutes, I had still not received a text notification “pizza in the oven, your order will be ready in 8-10 minutes”.. So I called.. After being on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up. Called back, and was on hold for another 5 minutes before getting in my vehicle and driving up there (still on hold).. Upon arrival, one of their female delivery driver’s was parked in front of the store with another passenger female, smoking in the same vehicle that delivers pizza to your household. My order was more than ready and had been sitting there for over 30 minutes. I highly DO NOT recommend this location.

The last time I had Domino’s pizza was in 2004. I have not had it that long for a reason. Then today it was the only pizza place open close to me late so I took a chance. The delivery was quick and showed up at my apartment entrance which can be hard to find. I was shocked how hot, fresh, and tasty the pizza was. I would not hesitate to order there again. Not surprised at all they are the most profitable pizza chain in the world.
