PLEASE BE ADVISED WHEN USING A DEBT OR CREDIT CARD AT THIS LOCATION! ADVISED NOT TO! CASH ONLY, IF YOU MUST FREQUENT THIS LOCATION. AFTER DELIVERY MY CARD WAS CHARGED FOR MORE THAN I AGREED TO!
I ordered delivery, paid with card and gave a cash tip. Never signed for anything! -Keep that in mind. Week or 2 later go to pay by credit card bill and see a charge that doesn’t match what I’d spend on pizza. Let alone for a single person. Xx$. I check, check and double check. Realizing that from the original payment increase by 20$. Ie xx$ to xx$. Needless to say I was livid that this could have gone undetected and people could just steal without you realizing.smh. I reached out to the company and gave details along with my name and contact info (never heard back). The manager or person who answered did seem concerned and let me know that someone above him would be reaching out as he thought he knew who did this and “forwarded my info”. (Not sure where the ball was dropped). No one reached out.
Do not unitize this establishment. But if you want to or must, Check your statements! Get and keep receipts for 6 months. Grimmy. Looking to report to other government agencies. Especially since I never heard back. That’s a federal crime no matter the dollar amount.
The pizza itself was bad. Must have sat so long the box was damp/soggy from steam. Theft and poor delivery. I love dominos Mayfield and Van Aken, never an issue wish their quality. Wish that standard remained the same across locations. Missing warrensville/cedar location!

This is my 2nd time ordering from the new location near Subway. They did such a great job. My food was hot, fresh, and with no missing items, including the extra dip cup that I ordered. Whoever is checking the orders is doing a thorough job. And the delivery guy tonight was such a gentleman. He even held open my door for me, which I’ve never had a pizza delivery person do in my 40 years on this planet. Lol.

I ordered today 12/6/2025. It is definitely open. I had the large ultimate pepperoni pizza. It wasnt quite ready when I got there. But when I went I was greeted with many smiles and hellos. I returned to my car because I had my kids in there. Next thing I know, the gentleman brought it out to me! THANK YOU. I definitely appreciated that. The pizza was amazing and I would definitely recommend and return.

This evening I ordered from the new Domino’s Pizza that just opened yesterday on Cedar Road. I just want to say that they did an excellent job. My food was prepared fresh and delivered in a timely manner. The delivery guy was really nice and personable. I will be back.

I called to inquire about my online order to see why it was delayed 20 mins or so, when the tracker stated the driver had returned to the store. Online order delivery Instructions stated “hand to me. side door” driver left the pizza on the front porch in the snow. Box soggy and wet. Food cold/wet. I asked for my money back or partial refund and was Only offered to “talk with” the driver and a credit to my account that only the owner/manager could approve for future purchases. Even if the instructions added “side door” the driver left it at the very clear and obvious front door. Didn’t even bother to ring the bell. But at the root, the instructions state to “hand it to me”.

2025 UPDATE: Despite being closed since 2022, Google continues to add it back likely because Domino’s never removed it from their site. The only thing left in the vape shop from the former Domino’s is the cooler, which they are using to sell pop. That’s it. This will probably never be a pizzeria again and you’d never know it was. I keep reporting it closed and Google’s idiots just won’t listen despite my numerous and repeated reports.

Been closed about a year now and virtually everything that wasn’t nailed down is gone, including signs. For Lease signs in the window. I’ll keep fighting with Google but don’t come here. It’s a lie.

Tried out this location for the first time, probably will never be back. One of the worst looking pizzas I’ve ever seen. You’d have to try to make one that bad. All bubbled up, almost no cheese or sauce at all.
I literally have no idea how someone could in good conscience make a sell a pizza that looks so bad.
