We ordered Domino’s in Oberlin pretty much every week. This RUDE delivery driver called me and said she can’t find my address, she’s taking it back to the store and if I wanted my food I had to go get it, if I wanted to get my food, I wouldn’t have gotten delivery! She hung up on me 2 times and my son once! My son called and they said I am sorry we’ll give you a 40$ credit. We’ll called today and they told me there wasn’t any credit! My son ordered a breadbowl and it literally had a bread tie in it, but when we told them about this we were called liars because it couldn’t possibly be their fault. Sorry but they were very unprofessional and we will no longer be spending money at this place! Don’t say you’re going to give us a credit if you had no intentions on doing so! Very disappointed!

This location is excellent, fast, and consistent. My boyfriend and I order carry-out from here at least once a week, and I always get great deals from using the app (including the time I saved $14 on one order). Everyone who works here is friendly and hardworking, and the pizza is delicious. I would also recommend the parmesan bread bites.

Getting worse all the time. Front door is well lit but our last order was left on the other end near garage. We called because we never saw it was delivered. Then we ordered tonight and it never came. Called and were told it was delivered. Looked and it wasn’t here. They said it was delivered to 155 main St. that is THEIR address. Crazy. They said they were sending it and abruptly hung up on me. Serious problems at this location.

Food is good, but they never cut through my New York style pizzas. My child eats New York style pepperoni, so I have to get out a knife and hack away at the pizzas because they have only been scored, not cut, and it is a big inconvenience when we are looking for a quick meal. Otherwise, food is good, service is pretty quick, and they are pretty consistent.

Ordered delivery this evening. After an hour I looked on the “online tracker”. To my surprise, my order was delivered. But not here! My wife called, and the worker got an attitude with her saying they had the wrong address on my “pizza profile”. We created the profile years ago, we use it regularly to order from them without issue, and the confirmation email they sent shows the right address. So I called trying to give them another chance to make it right, the kid got an attitude with me as well then hung up… then i called back , got a different employee and got a half a$$ apology that I wouldn’t accept and hung up on again. I was told the district manager would be in contact to make it right in the morning. Is he going to feed me tonight in the morning?

I just redeemed points to get a free Parmesan bread bite, and a marinara sauce side. After I picked up my food and left the building, the manager sent one of the employees to literally chase me down the street. She Physically stopped me demanding I give the marinara sauce back to her because because they claimed it was not on the ticket, even though they handed it to me in the store with my order. Then she ripped the receipt and sauce out out my hand. I should also say when she came out of the store screaming my name I almost got into an accident, trying to stop my bicycle.
I have never experienced anything like this ordering fast food from anywhere. Be very Cautious about anything you order here as they may send someone after you take your food back after you’ve gotten paid for. What a shame and disappointment. I’ll be reporting this to the headquarters and others. I’ve never experienced such embarrassment.

I’ve never had a problem with them until tonight. It’s cold outside and my order was left outside the door and there was no knock or doorbell ring to notify me it was there. And the person on the phone taking my complaint seemed to have a careless attitude. So won’t be ordering there anymore.
