OCTOBER 2024 UPDATE
After my not-so-great experience a while ago, I returned to this location when I saw it was under new ownership. Let me just say that this place has made an AMAZING turnaround since then. Everything about my experience was perfect (attentive staff and food that was delicious and made quickly). Thank you, Dominos, for listening to customers like me!

HUGE customer service issue! I ordered through the app and saw that my order was ready, so I pulled up to the window and did not receive ANY acknowledgement whatsoever from any of the several employees walking past. Normally I’d let this slide, but the same thing happened the last time I picked up from this Domino’s. Not even exaggerating, I sat there maybe 10 minutes before I decided I had had enough and went inside to get my food.
When I got inside, a woman asked who I was picking up for and I told her. She then played dumb, saying “Oh I just saw that one,” making it seem that my order had just been completed. I know for a fact it had been sitting there for some time because it was lukewarm by the time I received it. As if this wasn’t bad enough, the employees are clearly careless when it comes to topping and cutting pizzas… I only wanted HALF the pizza to have toppings and it was cut so unevenly.
I might drive further to another Domino’s just to receive better service. Do better!

Quite a while ago, we ordered a pizza at Domino’s store 2464 on Center Street in Mentor. It was meant to be temporary because our usual pizza place was closed. As it turns out we loved the pizza even better , the friendly and helpful service was greatly appreciated! So glad that we found this restaurant. It’s our go to for pizza now!

Waited over an hour for delivery. I specifically asked for no garlic oil on the crust. I receive a pizza box soaking so wet with garlic oil the ink from the cardboard ran off on my hands. The pizza itself is soaked face to back with garlic oil and it was cold! Inedible. DO. BETTER. DOMINOS.

I got to meet Courtney who handed me my pizzas and she was very kind. Thanks again Courtney and praying that the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ brings blessings your way!
The food was also great!

Huge shout out to Shay!!! I ordered via Door Dash and there was a glitch in the system. The pizza order came through at Domino’s stating no pizza cheese, no toppings, and no sauce. He called me to confirm I actually wanted all the ingredients I was paying $20 for and that I did not intend to order a “$20 crouton”. Hilarious gentleman and very sweet to go out of his way to ensure I got the pizza I ordered at 11pm after working my food server shift. Thanks again, Shay!!!

Someone forgot one of the pizzas that was ordered. Although the driver did bring it to me expediently, my break was still almost over with. When I returned where my coworkers were, they said don’t get it from there again. I seen what they were talking about. Really embarrassing and disappointed. Not disappointed cause my break was almost over but the quality. Embarrassing, I bragged how good Domino’s pizza is. Not what I ordered. I won’t be going back. I will be looking for a pizza restaurant that can respect the customers especially with what we pay.

Made an order and their tracker said it was delivered after it was”done” for 40 minutes. But I still was waiting for my pizza for another half hour. And then I get a completely cold pizza and they didn’t even give me my extra marinara sauce I paid for. Then while on the phone with the manager she offered a credit for $20 but wouldn’t correct the pizza and redeliver a hot fresh pizza and then hung up on me. Needless to say this store is horrible and needs restated with people who will do the job right and in a friendly manner.

This location is a mixed ingredient kitchen. They offer gluten free crust however not everything they have to offer is actually gluten free. No one in the store wears gloves so cross contamination happens constantly. Hand washing is minimal as well. Cutting utensils are rarely swapped out unless asked by a customer. Orders run late because the kitchen staff dont prep properly for rushes and wait to even prepare orders until 5/10 minutes have passed on the order screen then clear orders off before theyre actually in the oven or being prepared. Management is all under the age of 30 years old and most of the employees are probably less than 20. They care more about getting your money first rather than making sure your food is properly cooked and ready to be handed out. As for training they don’t actually train people. Management sticks you on the line and shove cheese pizzas at you and then barks what toppings go on and expect you to read off a piece of cardboard how much of a topping to put on, as well as moving your stuff around after it’s been put on the pizza. Your expected to just watch someone and learn not actually being taught how to do stations. Kitchen staff is loud and obstructive, allowing derogatory music to be played at high volumes in the building. They’re very clicky and not the most inviting.

Went to Domino’s today on Center St. in Mentor and I am glad I did. Colby, one of the managers was very helpful and kind. Service was great, and most importantly, the pizza and stuffed bread were fantastic. In times when many places of business are short staffed, it’s great to know our local Domino’s goes the extra mile to offer a quality experience.

Sat here following my tracker. After an hour got concerned about why my food wasnt here. Called the store and he said they dont have a delivery driver. So it wasn’t important to tell me that? My lunch has passed now. Never even made it but kept the tracker going?! What the hell
