Always welcoming and inviting staff when I come in to pickup. Very friendly and personable. I believe it was Trevor who served me today, it’s hard to tell since I don’t wear name badges. I was very pleased that he knew not to package my cold salad on top of my hot entree for the ride home. These are some of the reasons I chose Domino’s over Sheetz. Another being Domino’s Far superior food. The transformation from what Domino’s used to be back in 2008 is phenomenal.
I want to make note of the cleanliness of the restaurant. Front of house was sparkling clean. Table tops were clean and tidy with table top displays prominent and clearly visible. Floor was clean, dry and devoid of trash. With the excusable except of the prep trough the prep area was noticeably clean and uncluttered. The pass or expo area where the food is boxed up and finishing touches are applied was also very clean and tidy. This is especially important to me as the food isn’t undergoing any additional high heat processing (cooking) and any pathogens introduced at this point can be problematic.
I noticed that Trevor (I think that’s his name) had gloves on when prepping food. Additionally he also had his apron on, a crucial safety measure when working around the ovens. Knowing knowing that he takes safety and company policy seriously is reassuring.
But the thing that impressed me the most was when I came in to pick up my order, my salad was still in the cooler. I am glad to see they got this right, so often at other places everything is packaged together and then sets either under the heat lamps or off to the side with the cold food getting warm and the hot getting cold. I’m glad to see food safety and food quality are taken so seriously.
TL/DR: Food was great, staff was friendly and the establishment was clean. I will certainly patronize again.

When looking up a local domino’s, I was sent to this location where there is nothing but a crummy little convenient store in a plaza of empty places… the address clearly reads chestnut commons as if that is a street name.. Chestnut commons is where walmart is in a big lot full of little plazas off of chestnut ridge. The map clearly shows it’s on east avenue…. i suggested an edit be made, stating that there is no domino’s there… the website seems problematic as if I can’t seem to log in and it won’t send me a password confirmation without going through some sort of hasle.. Until I give in and log in without a password using my email by being sent to text code that doesn’t seem to send until you open your text app. This is this is very disturbing…. driving to that location was absolutely pointless one day… utilizing the app, I have noticed that when you search for nearby stores. It shows one as if chestnut Commons is a street name. Thank you so much.There’s something wrong with that.

*Update* Pizza has been terrible last 3 times I ordered. Super dry, WAY over cooked, supposed to be a regular pizza, and it was a thin crust with nothing to it. I’d hate to see thin crust! Is it just toppings in a box? and only cut 75% of the pizza. There were no other orders up, so I don’t understand the reasoning of a poorly made pizza at 2:30p.. No garlic butter on bread bites, or crust. Just a crazy dry pizza. I HATE writing bad reviews, I always focus on positives… but there was nothing positive to say except they were nice, and greeted me when I walked in. 2 Large pizzas, Bread bites, and I couldn’t get 1 garlic butter for free. It’s definitely gone downhill.
This Domino’s, is Always On Point!! You can tell each pizza is made with precision and care. Toppings always even, very well made and FFAAASST!! I really like the people here, that seem very considerate. Love ordering from here.

Today’s order. We order every Friday for our family! Every week I get a Chicken Caesar salad in our order. About half the time my salad comes and it looks like this: Brown and slimy on half of the lettuce. None of them have been expired yet but each of them expires the next day. It seems as though instead of making sure the product is still good, the almost expired product is going out looking like this. So disappointing because we do order every week. Other times everything is great. Not consistent at all though. Delivery drivers are very kind and respectful.

We order a handmade pan crust for the second time to try it out a BBQ recipe. Just like the first time the crust was extremely undercooked. We decided this time we would like a refund or replacement just for the pizza not the rest of the order. The manager was extremely rude. She talked over me every time I tried to discuss the problem.She did not care what the problem was at all. She would not replace the pizza or refund us. She informed me it was dinner rush and she did not have time to take care of our order. Way to treat you regulars.

So happy with this location. They always take great care to pay attention to our order. I appreciate the pizza pro who allowed us to take a picture of him tossing the dough and the girls who entertained their questions.. My girls were fascinated with the viewing window watching their pizza get made! Also, this location is unmatched for flavor and freshness. Will drive from house on the opposite side of town to come here over any other pizza place. You guys rock!!

Second time in two weeks that I placed an ordered here and had crap service . The first time ordered said delivered. Look outside nothing . Called the store and they said the driver would be here in 5 mins . They called back in 3 mins and said I’m sorry I’m not sure what happened to your order , we are re making and sending out . Today in order again to give them another chance . Order said delivered at 8:20. Look outside nothing again . Call store and the girl said my driver is just walking in let me ask . He tells be he delivered. He then described my house . Nope not my house . So they say they will re male and bring me . Then 5 mins later and call and say “ we delivered it to you neighbors house , don’t want to go retrieve it or us to remake it “ needless to say I’m done with this store . As. GM for a food company I would fire my workers for this poor customer service . Own the mistake and make it right !!!!

What a horrible pizza. Very soggy and greasy. Flavor is nothing to write home about. I do not recommend to my worst enemy. 1-10-25 gave it another try. Sad to say they are just as bad but this time have poor customer service to go with it. Stay far away from this pizza place. Don’t order the wings here. And repeating what I was told on the phone, ” Did you double check your order?”. After they forgot items in the order. Silly me thought that when the screen said they were quality checking my order that they would insure all items were present so that we wouldn’t have to go back! Stupid people here
