Every time I order food from this location it’s always hot and fresh. The staff is always super nice. They’re always offering me napkins, silverware, all of the things I forget to ask for ! I live way closer to the Elyria location but every time I order there my food is cold and not beautifully presented. I’ll drive the extra 6 miles to the Sheffield location any day !

I literally ordered on the 9th of Nov had a payment come out for the 58 and some change the next day. Then had 64 and some change come out on the 14th. I called and talked to Kayla she was very nice and helpful. Told me to call back in a few days to see if anything has updated. Ok, no problem. I call today because the charge is still there and got a rude man on the phone because he was in his mind trying to explain the process to me which I was already told however, they don’t ever charge you twice while processing a tip for full amounts. He hung up on me because I told him to not get an attitude with me as I’ve been dealing with this for a week. He hung up on me multiple times. So now I will have to email the company for their mistake or call my bank which he so rudely told me to do. I asked to speak to the manager each time I called them he’d hang up on me. I will unfortunately never order from there again even though I love the pizza. Good help is hard to find these days.
