I order from this dominos literally twice a week. I order online all the time, I have an account and have never before had any issues. Tonight I placed my online order, used my points to add a free pizza, and it said delivery in 28 minutes. An hour and a half later I call them just to be told they cancelled my order bc they couldn’t find my apartment. Again, I order online and on the phone from there all the time, and suddenly tonight they can’t find my apartment. Not only that, but I didn’t get the points back for my free pizza I’ll no longer be getting. When I called, the lady was rude, short tempered, and had a bad attitude. My address shows up when I call, bc it’s in their computer, and it’s on my online account. There was no reason they couldn’t find my apartment. Awful service, and now it’s almost 9 on a school night n I have 5 hungry kids to feed.

Ordered a week in advance for a preschool party. When I got there the manager told me oh we haven’t even started your order yet, we have been busy! Then another employee came in and asked if I was waiting on the 5XL pizza, I said yes and asked her if I they were cut in 12 smaller pieces. She looked in the box and said, no! I told her when I called I asked that 3 of the 5 be cut into 12 pcs instead of 6 and they said yes. That employee began to grill me on who I talked to and I pointed the other lady in the store. She asked me how do you know it was her, I said it sounded like her! She went off in me saying, oh how did you know it was her, I said it sounded like her. She got smart and said oh so now you identify people by their voice? I said well she is the manger and the person I spoke to told me they were the manager. She said we have 5 managers. So rude to customers and I had to ask several times for a top manager number. The number they game me went straight to a busy notification. I called corporate and explain what happened. 81.00 order and we will never give them out business again! Side note, the manager was not rude just the delivery driver!

I called in my order for a pizza, asked wat kind of crust they had. they didn’t know wat I was talking about! I said just a pizza then sausage, mushroom,and jalapenos they said 20 min. It would be ready. I waited 20 min. Drove down the pizza wasn’t even started yet! I told the lady wat I wanted she kept asking wat I said I ordered a sausage, mushroom,and jalapenos pizza after a nother wait! I got my pizza. I got home opened the box and got sausage, pepperoni and bell peppers.

Worst experience with a dominos had a pizza delivered after 2 hours from initial call I called ask if it was on way or if I could cancel. They claimed they delivered it and just left it on door mat outside. It is 20 degrees out today. Highly recommend DeFelice pizza instead it’s fresh ingredients and professional employees
