Very scant on the pepperoni. There must have been a shortage. Several pieces around the outside were bare. The kids were hungry and so we didn’t complain. It’s usually prepared much better.

This place is so unorganized and unprofessional. I waited over an hour just too go in and be told another 15-20 minutes. I step out wait come in and be told just a couple more for that to turn to another 10. I feel like 7 people should be able to make a couple pizzas and a batch of wings.

This is the worst pizza I’ve recieved yet and they weren’t that good to begin with. Just complete trash. Ordered light sauce and it’s drowning in it. Worst of all it’s not even done all the way through it’s raw clear to the crust . I don’t know how they’re still in business.

Picked up my order, drove twenty minutes home to see it’s wrong, try to call them with an hour left before they close to ask if they’d remake the pizza. “We’re currently closed.” At 11:15 when their hours state they close at midnight.

I don’t know how many more times I need to complain about this dominos. Their customer service is the absolute worst and they have new employees in there every month.
This time, the manager decided to go on a power trip and tell me she isn’t going to be making food for me anymore-or deliver to my home. Which hurts my kids more than it does me, because they order dominos frequently when I’m at work.
The manager cancelled my order last week when I NEVER requested my order be cancelled, and then was upset with me when I got upset.
Get your stuff together dominos. I order from here 3-4 a week, at least, and my teenage son and his friends order more than that. We know the delivery driver by name and we talk football every time he delivers. This is a manager on a power trip and it doesn’t matter to her that we are definitely one of dominos most frequent customers. Especially in a town with virtually NO food places open after 6 pm and almost nothing that delivers or has an app.

I ordered 2 pizzas and they told me 30 minutes I got there in 8 minutes and watched through the window .The manager was on one side of the table playing on her phone and a girl on the other side was cutting pizzas rubbing her eyes, wiped her face several times and wiped her nose then wiped her heads on her shirt.Then she turned around and got another pizza out of the oven and coughed into her elbow over top of the pizza. I then when in and ask Who’s the manager here the Girl playing on phone said I am I said Who is over top of you ? She said Carissa is there a problem . I said yes I would like to talk to Carissa because watched from my car all this happening and you as a manager was talking to this girl and watching her and I’m going to report you. She looked at me as if I Was stupid .

I’ve gotten food here many times now with never more than a small issue to be had. Food is always good and the people seem nice enough considering I’m never there for more than a few moments. Never had to wait very long but my order is also never very large.

Never failed us!!! Not once!! 3 years of purchasing pizza and never had a bad pizza. Might have had a few oppsies… but I’ve worked in the food business and it happens. we just be sure to check everything before we leave. Food is always great though!!! Always HOT!!! Just ordered again, can’t wait for some good pizza. They do need to work on their cinnamon twist though.

We placed an order at 8:30pm and at 9:55pm nothing had been delivered. We called and the manager got on the phone to tell us our order had not been made. My card was charged and all she said was we can void the transaction but funds aren’t available for sometimes a few days. We ask how long they were opened and she said midnight but didn’t offer to hurry and get our order ready. Instead we had to ask how long it would take to get the order ready and she told us another hour. This Crooksville location needs to be shut down!!! This is not the first time these kinds of issues have happened. The manager did not even apologize or offer a free pizza or nothing! Major fail!!
