It was fairly enjoyable to arrive at dominoes at my expected time of 25 mins for a pick up. At arrival we were told its still in the prep stage and we haven’t started it. Our pick up times are at 1 hour and 30 minutes. As I look at their current status of food to make and there is literally only 5 order showing. It takes mere minutes to make 1 pizza. 15 at the safe side to cook it. Someone needs to step in and make adjustments as im watching them walk around and not consistently make pizzas as required. There are 3 workers inside and I only see one worker making pizzas.

If I could leave zero stars I would. On April 6 I placed an order at 10 AM so would you be done by 2:45. This was for five medium pizzas with two toppings. Upon my arrival I go to pick up my pizzas and every single one of them are missing an ingredient. Instead of calling and telling me they just decided they weren’t gonna say anything and happy pay for the pizza anyway. So when I told the lady at the counter, I will just go somewhere else please refund my money. She walks away from me and makes me stand at the counter for about 10 minutes. Then with her attitude, she comes back finally refund my money takes the pizzas and walks away. I had to walk back into the store to get the receipt and when she gave me the receipt, she threw it across the counter. So not only did they have absolutely horrible customer service but they also made us 45 minutes late for my daughter‘s birthday party. I contacted customer support and they said that they were going to have somebody from that franchise call and I still haven’t received a call and it’s been almost a week. This place sucks even though we come here weekly will not be coming here anymore because of these rude people that lack any type of understanding or even human decency. Thanks for ruining my daughter‘s birthday. Appreciate it. By the way, since I ordered over six hours in advance, all you had to do was call and say that you didn’t have the gradient that goes on every single one of the pizzas that I ordered, and I could’ve gladly went somewhere else and made it on time

First and last time eating here. The specialty pizza I got well it was not worth what they charge. Hardly anything on it. The stuffed cheese bread was ok. Didn’t taste good at all. Even the kids didn’t like it. Extremely disappointed. The commercials are lies.
