I’m sorry to say this BUT….this has been one of the worst experiences I have had with Domino’s. I ordered a pizza with no mushrooms (I’m allergic) and the pizza came with a lot of mushrooms and no pineapples (which I added and paid extra). I called up to the establishment and spoke with Terrell, which he was very nice and accommodating HOWEVER when my replacement pizza got delivered it was nothing like what I ordered plus it still had mushrooms on it! I then proceeded to call back up there and just simply request a refund. I was hung up on!! I called back and they only want to offer me a $20 credit. I just wanted my money back. I will not be ordering from this location again. If you really want to continue with this location PLEASE pick up your order and CHECK IT!!

This is the worst dominos I’ve ever encountered. I ordered one pizza for delivery at 7:30PM- I also only live 5 minutes from this dominos. My order did not arrive until 10PM and it was incorrect. I called the store at around 9 and expressed concerns that it had been an hour and a half and my order had been finished for an hour according to the tracker. The lady assured me that she made my order and that it was coming and that her only delivery driver was out with my pizza. After waiting another hour and watching the delivery driver literally circle my apartment delivery to other places (I’m assuming?), the driver left the pizza on porch and ran away. The driver did not knock or ring my door bell. When I got my pizza, it was cold. I had ordered a medium pizza- half with pepperoni and half with ham and pineapple. The pizza had pepperoni and ham on one side and ONLY pineapples on the other. I filed a complaint and received a free medium pizza, but I would rather starve than ever try to eat at this dominos again. Honestly, this has ruined my perspective on dominos in general. (1st photo is to show the time that I ordered the pizza and received a promo code after ordering for a free pizza. 2nd photo shows that I received a 2nd coupon for a medium pizza after complaining at 10pm when I received my cold and incorrect pizza).

Something took a bite out of my latest pizza! See pics. Very strange. I’ve had decent pizzas at this location, but this one was not good. Dried out and a chunk of crust was missing. Quality control seems to be going downhill at Dominos. I may be taking a break from Dominos for a while.

It’s Domino’s, so you know what you are getting. They have the medium $4.99 carryout special, so we got it for the kids today. 2 medium one topping pizzas and garlic bites for $13. You can not beat that proce point. The pizzas looked and tasted good. The app is incredible for ordering. The team was friendly, and the store was clean

l stopped by this location to order a veggie sub, and I wanted to share a little feedback.
The young man making my sandwich seemed to be having a hard time because his girlfriend was standing in the way and distracting him. It was pretty clear they were a couple, and while I understand young love, it didn’t feel very professional.
What concerned me more was that neither of them were wearing gloves while handling the food, and they kept touching it with their hands. I did ask politely if gloves could be used, which they did, but I think this is something that really should be consistent.
He offered me extra veggies for my sub, which I appreciated, but he didn’t add them. My main concern was just making sure the food is handled properly. I really like your restaurant, and I’d hate to see customer trust go downhill over things like this.

I did not want to be out tonight. Osu lost, my night sucked, they made me go out. I would have been out less than an hour if it wasn’t for the bartender Jared. I was entertained my drink was hands down the best I’ve had in Columbus and the pageantry was perfect. The bar staffs behavior made me forget that I was having a bad night. Logan customer for life

Yeah, this place is terrible. Ordered delivery, showed up 1 hour after it came out of the oven, it was ice cold. The pizza was cut terribly. The sauce was missing in parts. Really shouldn’t have fallen for the Dominos deals. Never again.

visited tis location last night and noticed some customers, including an elderly man, were not treated well when raising concerns about their orders. I also experienced less-than-friendly service myself — the two staff girls working seemed to be throwing tantrums rather than handling the situation professionally. This made me uncomfortable and hesitant to return.also my pizza was burned.
