The food is great, but they do not honor their mistakes. They messed up 2 pizzas of mine. One was an Alfredo pizza that they put red sauce on. They said they’d add $15 credit to my account (have to call in to get the credit, but they’d never answer the phone for me to place an order). Later, we ordered a different pizza online and paid extra for the banana peppers. Nobody answers at night, so I called in the next day to get a $2 credit added to my account for the missing banana peppers. So at this point, I have $17 credit on my account. The next time I went to call in to order, they told me they couldn’t help me because I was calling from my phone number instead of my wife’s which is attached to the account. I grabbed her phone, and I called back immediately. Nobody answered the phone. I drove to the place with the phone ringing the entire time. I walked in the building and the phone was still ringing. At this point, the phone had been ringing over 12 minutes. I walk in the building to talk to the shift manager who said she was told by the owner or upper management not to honor the credits.

Ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas, parmasean bread bites and cinnamon knots. The only problem was with both pizzas, very little pepperoni and cut in some new unique way…see pictures… the pan crust was better than the regular crust.

This place is terrible. The young manager today with piercings and tattoos refused to make pizza certain way with cheese on top of everything by saying it’s a policy. Another manager told me that that’s a lie it’s our job to satisfy our customers.

We order five pizzas we asked for extra sauce on all the pizzas and cheese we didn’t get none on all of it our order was $85.69 we called and complained and they only gave us credit for $15.00 we will definitely not water from this place no more just be warned if you ask for extra you won’t get it

2 orders in a row with a well over 2 hour delivery time. 1+ hour on the phone with the rudest staff you can possibly imagine. This has to be the worst run store in the entire city. Completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and just down right awful. I wish I could give a worse rating.

The location on Galloway road in Columbus has delivered hot, well-made, food in under 30 minutes every time I ordered. The order is never wrong, and the driver is always very respectful and friendly. I’ve ordered at least a half of a dozen times from this location in the last 90 days. I would generally not order/eat that much pizza, but the service is so good and so convenient and so consistent which is shocking these days.
