Ordered delivery. I live 2 miles from store, my food was held hostage and received cold,45mins late, and smashed up. Dominos offers 20%off your next order. I’m done. Crappy service. Pizzas were horrible.

I ordered only two things. One, a pizza with A side of marinara. They forgot the marinara, I also ordered some buffalo mac & cheese and found a few noodles in my pool of cheese alongside a random olive and something that I cannot discern… Last time I was here, I ordered a 2 liter drink with my pizza. Yet they claimed that I hadn’t ordered a drink and they didn’t give me any reimbursement, i feel like a fool for coming back but rest assured, never again.

Food wasn’t bad. Service was horrible though. Went to the pickup windows. Waited 15 minutes before my boyfriend tried flagging someone down through the window. Multiple people who were walking around looked right at him and did nothing. Another 5 minutes go by so he backs up and pulls forward again so the bell would ding. Finally someone comes up and asks with an attitude if he could help us. My boyfriend tells him the order and we only got half of what we paid for. So then we tried to wave someone down again. Ignored. So finally he just went in and got someone to the counter and got the other half of our order. Which they told us had been added to someone else’s order for some reason. Id understand if they were super busy but there was 2 cars in the parking lot. And one car at the window when we pulled up in the beginning. I also understand it’s new years and yall might be a little mad that you have to work. Which Ive been there it sucks. Taking it out on the customers though is not fair. We kindly waited and didn’t deserve that. Ive had a few problems with this location in the past. Nothing too big of a deal to mention. Today though got on my nerves and will be the last time we go to this location.

Waited over 2 hours for my food to be delivered old and cold! Come to find out the delivery driver gave my food to some random kids in another room their mother told me it wasn’t touched. The driver “Kenny” says to the mother “it looks fine to me” and without my knowledge I’m given the food! WHAT? People are nasty and sick. The delivery driver had the correct address on where to deliver my food, why would you give my food to anybody? No wonder Kenny rushed away after handing over my food. And I tipped? Do not order from here the same tired excuse of only 2 delivery driver is the same excuse posted on here months ago.

This location just lost a customer. I picked up my order thru the window on 12/192025 around 1:10-1:15pm (order #196) the guy at the window was so rude. He first seen me pull up, walked past the window, came back a few minutes later and said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to me, not even hello. He came back with my order, I said Thank you and again he said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to me just closed the window.
I called to ask how could I leave feedback and he proceeded to ask was it a bad or good experience. I told him it was actually bad.. not very good customer service (he was the one who handed me the food). He tells me well it’s cold at the window. lol. I guess saying ‘Hello’ would freeze his lungs.
These businesses have to do better with their employees and their customer service. I’m sorry it’s cold, but that’s no reason to be rude. While on the phone he never said ‘I apologize for that’ or anything, so clearly he knows his attitude is bad yet doesn’t care.
Needless to say I won’t be coming to this location again.. you can’t keep customers with rude employees and lackluster customer service.

Ordered at 8:16pm Saturday Dec 13,2025.
One hour later i called and was told they had only 2 drivers and food is sitting at the store. They were waiting for a driver to come back and they would call me when it was on its way.
An hour later i called again NO RESPONSE an additional hour later and no one answered the phone.
Dominos can steal money from a customer but can’t provide the order.
Corporate WILL be notified

* update – still have not seen a refund. Owner wants me to contact but never gave an email or number. Corporate is useless had a what do you want us to do about it.

All I can say is WOW. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I called and placed the order at 8:39pm on 1-23-2025 and I just now sat down in the hotel room that’s 8-15 minutes away from the establishment at 9:38pm. It’s bad enough AI was taking my order but the pizza was tossed all over the place. No respect for the consumer anymore and no pride in doing a job well done. I get people have rough days.

Do not deal with this location!!!!!
The manager/owner of this location is the most rude, disrespectful, belligerent person I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER do business with this location ever again.
Further, he lied about a promo and tried to get out of it. I had to call the corporate office to have it corrected.
I now go to the one on E. Broad st, they do a better job making pizzas and a very friendly. While on the phone, this guy started acting angrily and raised his voice on me and when I asked if he could calm down, he just hung up on me. I ended up calling the corporate office and reported him and they resolved my original promo issue which was the store reported the pizza as being delivered under the 2 min. even though I was sitting in my car still waiting for it to be delivered.
Update: 05/2025 – again this store continues to fail on so many levels. . Look at the photo to see how the latest order was delivered.

The people were nice, but the food is cold every damn time I go there and I even ordered it on the way there and picked it up as soon as it was done and it was still cold hardly no sauce. The toppings look like rubber and It looks old. I just wish they would do better or stop charging so much
