It’s really a bad place to park.. But my food was not burnt. Service was OK.. Only 2 people working. The man was in the back and didn’t help. When I went in to get the food, only the girl was working on my pizza. Waited for a long time. But I also bought a lot of food. Today is the last day and 50% off.. It’s not a new place! So it’s not very new. Needs to be renovated! There are children’s handprints on the glass.! But my pizza is delicious.

I love this place most of the time . While I was ordering food for myself and my cousin, she had told me that the food had been coming out, burnt lately. I personally never had this issue, so I went ahead and ordered. When I got my sub, as you can see in the picture, it wasn’t really editable. It was hard . I was afraid I would break a tooth . Even the pepperoni was burned to a crisp. I was going to contact the manager, but I noticed on my order it said Shawn prepared my food and also it said Shawn was the manager if I needed to reach out. I thought to myself, well, if Shawn is the manager and is the one approving the items and letting them go out the door this way, then what’s the point of contacting them, right ?

I ordered takeout when they had the $6.99 deal. I went inside to get my pizza and the girl was working by herself. She sneezed in her hand and also was talking to someone in her phone before slicing my pizza without washing her hands. Disgusting. I took the pizza and threw it away. If it had cost more, I would have asked for a refund. I won’t be back.

I paid cash, the cashier forgot I paid and tried to charge me again. A manager had to come over to make this right.
I ordered Italian and Philly steak subs. Only two of the subs were cut properly, meaning the bottom bun wasn’t cut through. The Philly steak was cold and had to be microwaved at the house.
The food tasted fine besides these issues.

I am totally unsatisfied with my chicken Alfredo pasta bowl. This is the 2nd time my bowl lacked the Alfredo sauce. The wings are fatty ( drums). I have had better pasta bowls but the last 2 were terrible.

We waited for over an hour for our food to be made and delivered. Not sure if corporate or franchise but we will not be going anymore. This has happened almost everytime. Short staffed and busy. Yall need to pay people better and also have more people. I would like to edit this to add we just got our food pizza was warm but soggy and the third piece I was eating I tasted something that went bad. Something on the pizza was rotten.
