I am contacting you to formally report ongoing service concerns at the Domino’s Pizza location on Memorial Drive in Lancaster and to request review by store or franchise management.
During my recent visit, I selected curbside pickup and completed the required check-in process through the Domino’s system. I parked directly in front of the store with my hazard lights activated as instructed and waited while multiple employees were present inside with no visible customer backlog. Despite following all curbside procedures, no one acknowledged my arrival or brought my order outside, and I ultimately had to enter the store to retrieve it myself.
This situation is particularly frustrating because curbside pickup is an advertised service that directly influences a customer’s decision to order. When the service is unavailable or ignored without communication, it defeats the purpose of offering the option and creates an inconsistent customer experience.
This is not an isolated incident. I have experienced repeated service delays and inconsistencies at this location. By comparison, Domino’s locations in Canal Winchester and Heath consistently provide timely and professional service, which suggests this concern may be specific to operational management at the Lancaster Memorial Drive store.
I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure advertised services are reliably provided moving forward. I would appreciate follow-up confirming that this concern has been addressed, as customer confidence depends on consistent service standards.

Went in after work to pick up 2 pizzas that were supposed to $9.99 (special going on.)
The app charged me full price for 2nd pizza, guy at the counter fixed it! Also gave me 2 sauces for free. Gave them a tip and went on my way. Pizzas were excellent, the boneless wings were great too. Service was awesome, greeted me as I came in, helped me with my order price and told me to have a great night.

Went in to get my pizzas about 9:45 p.m. the only people in there was the manager and another lady working. I had my order was 28. 47 but I only had $26 and the $50 bill. Well I happen to know for a fact that the manager can go to the office and get change out of the safe. After all we were the only ones in there me my 10-year-old son the manager and the other lady that worked there I believe and go get change then I told him to have a good night and he just ignored me I kind of wish I would have left my son there so I know he didn’t spit in my food he once gave me his card and said if I have any problems to call him directly so I about called him directly and told him I was having a problem with him being not hospitable. End of rant

I placed an online order and called the store shortly after to ask if I could get all flats instead of drums, I was told no that it would throw off their account then when I got home and opened my order, it was all drums anyway, and they were undercooked, so I called back and asked to speak with a manager But the manager refused to refund my order, even though it was incorrect it was not fully cooked he said it was cooked in a 600° oven and they were cooked and I explained to him they are cold on the inside and I asked him for his name he hung up so I called back again And told him that he was unprofessional for him being a manager to hang up on a customer twice in a row and he said that he has worked there for three years and that I could call corporate cause he didn’t care and I said well you do know the calls are recorded and he said no they’re not and hung up on me again this was the worst customer service experience The order was all drums is not what I ordered. It is unsafe food, and the manager clearly doesn’t care about the customer.

Quality of pizza is pretty good but their service was mediocre. Took a while to get my pick up order ready and it took 5-8 mins extra than what was showed in the app. I got a Spinach Feta Pizza with New York Style crust.

Thought I’d give Domino’s another try after not going there for 3 months because they just messed my pizzas up every time. So I tried the one in Lancaster cuz I was in town and they just left me sitting out curbside delivery so I had to go in and then I had to wait another 10 minutes and then there was thick crust and they were light on the toppings so I’m never going back again. I’m done I’m going to Marco’s and Licking County when I want a good cheap pizza.

Ordered a couple of their 9.99 any toppings pizza specials. Staff was super friendly and service was great, but unfortunately the quality of the pizza was pretty low. If the pizzas had any cheese I couldnt find it. The sauce seemed to be airbrushed on since the color was there but it was dry and flavorless. In fact the entire pizza seemed dry and didnt have much taste, other than a bland dough. I know its cheap but even LC can do it better for less and thats pretty bad. Wont be in a hurry to go back.

Xander was amazing and the rest of the staff too. My pizza got stuck to the screen and they had to remake it and apologized to me many times, but they were already in the process of putting my new pizza through the oven. I was not mad at all, I was very understanding as I used to work at a pizza place and I was so kind to them and in a return they showed me so much kindness and gave me a credit on my order and a free pop. One of the staff asked him why he did all that for me and he said when you’re kind to others they’re kind to you and that’s the people you need in this world. He’s a really good manager
