The food is delicious when they get it right. This makes the 3rd time they have messed up our order in a row. This time I called to let them know and the only thing they offered to make it right is to bring me the food I ordered over an hr and half ago. Long wait time on friday night is understable but to leave half my order and not seem concerned by it. Do better yall do better

I usually order from here at least twice a month. The past 4 times I’ve ordered delivery takes over an hour and received cold food. Tonight was the worst, took over an hour for delivery again for cold food. This time under cooked and wrong toppings. Called to have food remade and went to pick it up. Got home still under cooked. Ate a couple slices because I just didn’t care anymore and shared some with my dogs. 10 minutes later were all making a run for the bathroom. Never again dominos never again.

Placed a simple order, went up to the window 10 minutes AFTER I was notified by their system my order was ready. Only to be told my order would be ANOTHER 10 minutes. Why order Dominos if it’s not ready on time and within a quick time frame? For this wait I’d go to a local shop.

I was recommended to try a new specially Pizza. So I gave it a shot and ordered it online. I arrived at the store at the approximate estimated pick up time. When I arrive to the drive-up window I was informed that my order would be additional 20 minutes. So I waited in the parking lot as instructed and was told my order would be walked out to me. 40 minutes later my order was not walked out to me, so I drove back to the window and received my order at no cost. After observing the condition of the order I returned it and was not interested in consuming it.
Especially after witnessing an employee vaping inside of the store. So I was pretty turned off from that. I notified the manager that her employee was vaping inside the store and possibly contaminating all the food and exposing all the people inside that building to any type of secondhand transmission (covid, cold/flu) exposure from the vapors. I typically would never even waste my time with writing a extensive review . Especially over a subpar Pizza chain, but I think it’s warranted to tell the community about my experience.

Pizza showed up ice cold destroyed in the box. Posting photo of just one but all 3 pizzas ordered were messed up. Last time I ordered they dropped the pizza off behind my shut back gate by my garage, when we called the manager got very rude with us. I’d call about tonight’s issue but I’m not confident they’ll do anything about it. Every time we give the Pataskala location another chance they let us down.

Everything is usually right and the app that tracks the orders is always 100% correct however today it was completely wrong. Idk who’s fault this would be but yeah even when it’s not busy at all I had to wait quite a bit to get my food. The app completely lied to me. But nonetheless the food is amazing and the staff are friendly. But the atmosphere here is dead the staff look tired all the time they look like they are overworked and just all around a bad atmosphere.
