I love how easy it is to place my order on the app and just show up when it’s done. I’m obsessed with their garlic cheesy marinara knots. Even though the website doesn’t allow me to edit or change (ex: Extra cheese) one phone call and the employees are already on it. Super friendly and helpful.

When we received our order placed online for delivery….. It was completely wrong. When I called the store to let them know, whoever was working broke down crying on the phone about how pizza was falling out of the oven she was the only one working and was about to quit….. I tried to be a pathetic and understanding and explain I also have worked in the food industry I know it can be difficult however I just would like a refund because that point I did not trust her or the store to prepare food . I was able to get in contact with the store manager who did credit me the full amount his name was Chris….he made every effort to make it right….

I usually deal with 21st location but was closer to this one when I tried to order with my fundraiser card, even quoted the website to The employee and double checked that the location online said they participate in it. The employee refused to honor it and then refused to have anyone else get on the phone. Highly disappointed in this location and will not be ordering from there.

Thanks, to the delivery driver for calling to make sure. The person who met him in the hotel lobby, was the person supposed to be getting the order. The guy who took it wasn’t. I was lucky enough to catch the guy who took it . I was getting off the elevator, as he was trying to come on. Got my food and driver got his tip!

Me and my boyfriend have tried this a few times within the year and all three times, we have NOT been impressed. Now, for the record, we both are vegetarians and we get the meatless sausage- which is usually good, so no complaints on that. But the rest of the pizza outside of the vegetarian sausage, is not all that great. I’m definitely hesitant to try them again.

Ordered pizza and unknowingly added banana peppers, called immediately to fix the issue before it was put in the oven. On hold for 10 minutes. Phone picked up, tell my story, they ask if I want a remake and it’s settled, remake the pizza. All good. I get to the store, and the manager, or franchisee I’m unsure which, informs me that they never remade the pizza and I should have cancelled and reordered. Then lectured me about the cost of the food and told me he didn’t want to eat the cost of two medium pizzas.

If I could give zero I would. The last 3 orders here have been well over an hour and the food has been sitting a while. I’ve gotten the email each time “this delivery was not what we hoped it to be” and I was going to claim my free pizza today, but not only do you have to pay delivery on it. It takes 48 hours to apply once you redeem it in your email. Don’t get me wrong, I like dominos and worked at another location a long time ago but the heath store ain’t it.
