Ordering online is easy. Mostly accurate orders recently. Missed a drink on my last order and remembered when I got home. Wasnt worth packing my daughter back up to drink back to Fredericktown. Called the store who put a coupon on my account to resolve the issue.

I always order from the Domino’s in Fredericktown, not a fan of Mount Vernon’s. They are always great with me and very kind. Of course there have been errors in the past but that’s normal for every place. They always have fixed my order while either offering us free pizza on next order or ask if we want to keep the item that was wrong and still correct all errors. I think for being as busy as they are with sometimes barely any workers they do fantastic job of getting your order to you in timely fashion. Only downside is I live out on Mishey Rd near Divelbliss and most of the time they tell me they can’t deliver that far. Which sucks especially since I’m still considered a Fredericktown address. But overall great employees and customer service.

Went in there to pick up yesterday and the lady that helped me told me it be a couple more minutes so I stood back and was watching like any other person would do she took a phone call for a order and didn’t wash her hands after touching the phone and screen then went over and touched someone’s pizza dough absolutely not ok no one in there working had gloves. When serving food gloves are to be worn I turned around and walked out empty handed I will never order from them again.

We’ve picked up pizza from this location several times in the last few months, and the quality of the pizza has gotten progressively worse. Although we order hand tossed crust every time, there is no consistency in the way it’s made. It’s often made like thin crust; this time it was so thin that we could see through it, and several of the pieces fell apart upon picking them up. The paper-thin crust has resulted in soft, soggy pizza. Staff are consistently cold; they silently hand me our pizzas, and I am the one to tell them to have a good evening (unanswered) as I walk out the door. Staff consistently disregard public health orders by wearing their face coverings under their chins when interacting directly with customers in the store. I also fail to understand how this store could truly be “only offer[ing] contactless carryout” (per the Domino’s website) when food is handed directly to customers. (At other locations, customers call the store when outside; staff set food out on a table; and customers pick their food up from said table, thus avoiding all unnecessary contact mid-pandemic.) We are not at all impressed, especially in comparison to other Domino’s locations.

We have been ordering from domino’s for about 11 years and recently we noticed how bad the service has gotten. We had an incident where the driver left our order sitting on one of our vehicles in the cold. The store manager was nice enough to replace the order. However tonight was over the top. Part of our order was forgotten and when my daughter (13)called and told them she said the guy told her that they just didn’t notice it. The When the delivery guy ,Ben, brought what was forgotten he shoved it into my daughter hand and said bye! She felt like she had done something wrong and became very upset over this. When we have asked about management or owner information we are given the run a round. It would be nice to know why there are people hired that have horrible attitudes with the public. We will be reaching out to corporate because of this situation. There is no reason for a person to be so hateful over an of food that they make someone younger cry.

I am trying to use your coupon and it says for carry out only which I am ordering carry out and it will not go through it just keeps telling me for carry out only. So I called the store and ask them for help and your employee literally said to me I can’t do anything for you you have to do it online. We order food often from here and service is getting worse and worse! Whatever happened to customer service! It’s crazy how a business can stay open with that kind of service!

We have ordered from Dominos in Fredericktown for many years, and normally it’s good service and good quality, unfortunately I have to say now the quality has gone down hill and the service as well, our orders constantly get messed up.As well our orders look as if they have been thrown in the boxes, very messy sometimes pizza not even cut properly.
