I just ordered a pizza extra tomato sauce and light cheese because 9f my alpha gal, and I got extra cheese and no sauce. I love eating here and I’m always treated well and I know people make mistakes but, I was really disappointed when I couldn’t eat my pizza and it was too late for me to call and maybe get it fixed . Still 5 stars but I hope its fixed in the future.

VISIT #2 Update!!! As you can see my first visit was great. This is regarding my second visit. We ordered 2 pizzas and tomato bacon chicken. I couldn’t be more disappointed. I will leave a picture and you can judge for yourself. The side seemed to be a tad over cooked as the sides were overly blackened. (I know this because I usually LOVE to eat that crunchy cheese on the sides) This time it was too burnt and had the burnt taste. Barely any cheese and I found no bacon at all. I even took a video pulling it apart. If I can post that I will. It has little cheese, the chicken seemed less also, no bacon and a TON of tomatoes. It looked like someone took a bite of the chicken and it was missing pieces. Just look at the picture . I’m not upset because my order was wrong, I’m upset that when we called to let them know we didn’t get what we paid for, the woman said “I made that myself and I can tell you it has bacon on it. My husband said, “where”? She said “it’s on the bottom”. If I can load the video you’ll see there is no bacon anywhere. What I honestly thought was a small cluster of bacon was just the cheese that was browned. She continued to tell us it’s weighed. We don’t care of it’s weighed or not, what we do care about is getting what we pay for. Things aren’t cheap anymore and when we as consumers buy things to support your business so that they can create your paycheck we expect to get the product we paid for. She had no concerns not even to replace it as if it was going to come out of her pocket. The lack of integrity as well as professionalism is what I’m concerned with. This will be my last time purchasing anythong from this location. That’s sad because I really enjoy dominos. Shame on you lady who lied to us saying it had food on there that clearly was missing. Needless to say, when we called we just wanted you to make it right. Instead, you have lost what would’ve been a steady customer as I come here a lot to provide much needed medical services to patients who otherwise, would need to travel to me to receive. I’m big on giving credit where credit is due and I believe you may need to be retained on exactly how to prepare food. So do sad because my first impression was great as you can see from my first review, which is the next. VISIT #1This was my first time getting pizza from this dominos location. The pizza was perfect. It was hot and perfectly put together. The slices were actually slices, the ratio of pizza sauce, toppings, and cheese was on point. I will definitely be coming back to this location when We’re back in town.

Wife picked up a pizza and half of it was burned. not crispy but BLACK and BURNED. Called to talk to a manager and was told that they could remake it or credit us a pizza. When asked if they would deliver it they refused because we are 3 miles outside their imaginary line. Absolutely unacceptable. It must be nice to absolve yourself as a company from fixing your errors. Someone looked at this pizza and thought, “yup box it” and then having management stand being them is pathetic.

They forgot about customers and do not care about them as employees they do not care if they cook food as long as they get a paycheck. Closed at 9pm (not what the hours say) 0.021 oz of hot sauce on chicken and don’t have a button to add more or extra (even if paying) and to top it off rude. (The customers should never ask questions)

I my daughter and I stopped going here for a long time because of poor service and poor food quality….. well let me tell u I could not call fast enough tonight….. THEY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!!!! Something keeps happening with the app! Every time I make an order and it is completed, I get an email saying that they messed up and I need to select a reward. They have not messed up. I’m not sure what’s happening. The entire process is always great with this store. I’m sorry if they are getting flack from the company. I hope they can reach out to them with this complaint about the app.

There did was not as ordered. I took picks to show the manager. It would have been an inconvenience to go pick up another order so the manager said she would put a credit There so it would be made right. When I called to place another order, I was told no such credit existed and no one knew anything about it. This was a total waste of $22. The excuse I was given was that they had a new person who had just started and messed up the order. I will NEVER order from them again not would I recommend it to anyone unless you like to truly be disappointed and less to. I don’t expect this to ever be seen because my original post was deleted.

This location actually locked their doors and makes people wait in line I’ve currently been in this line outside for 20 mins the customers in front of me are honking their horns and the employees r ignoring them. So a carry out order is just wait until they decide they feel like giving it to you. I’ll never come back or recommend this location to anyone ever again

I raised my overall rating from 1☆ to 3☆ because after the experience of not receiving my online orders, I call to ensure it has been received. I also had to practically beg for them to stand behind their guarantee that I would like their food. I had ordered one of the fancy fried wings that was horrible and when I called, the manager tried to blow it off with the fact that she didn’t like that variety either. I was told that I would receive a free order of chicken wings when I came into the store, but I was never able to make it back. If they were more willing to stand behind their products, I would have given 5☆ since I usually enjoy their food so much. I wanted to edit my original review since I was so hungry when I wrote it but they did really mess up that night. Maybe that was not typical…? It is expensive.
