My pizza was 2 hours late. I placed my order at 6pm it didn’t get here till 8:20ish. Then on top of that there was a BUG on my pizza!!! When I called to complain 3 different times they never answered and I was placed on hold.

I ordered hot buffalo wings and a medium pizza and switched the sauce from tomato to barbecue. The wings barely had any buffalo sauce, and the pizza sauce was only lightly drizzled instead of spread evenly. For the price, I expected much better. Very disappointed with this order.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely the Worst Experience Ever with Domino’s in Hopkinsville!
On Saturday, October 4th, I ordered a large ground beef pizza with extra sauce and a cheese pizza with extra sauce. Both were completely awful, hard, dry, crunchy, and tasted terrible. The overall presentation looked old and unappetizing, honestly, not even fit for my dog.
When I called the store to report it, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for a manager and never got to speak to anyone.
What makes this worse is that this isn’t my first issue with this location. I decided to give them another chance, but they’ve clearly shown they don’t care about quality or customer service.
I highly recommend you avoid this Domino’s in Hopkinsville. They’ve lost my business for good!

Give your drivers the necessary delivery instructions. I felt bad for the guy. This was through UberEats (yet it was a Dominos delivery employee) and he wasn’t given the room number nor told to leave it at the door. I was in the middle of a work project, so I wasn’t aware he was stuck in the lobby for 10 minutes. Order was placed at 7pm. Delivery was 930pm.

Ordered a pizza and have waited 2 hours for it to show up and still hasn’t. Called them about it and they were rude about it and provided no help or knowledge about when it would be delivered. Whatever the workers are getting paid is too much.

The online ordering was easy since I’ve done it several times before. When i picked up my order the guy who waited on me was kind and courteous. As far as the person who cooked my pizza it was under cooked. So when i got home and tried it, it was doughy. So i called the store to let them know about the issue. They guy that answered the phone only option was to bring it back up there and they could do it again. I explained to the person that i just came from there and i don’t have gas or the time to make the trip again. He said that’s all he could do because they needed the pizza. So there goes my dinner for tonight. Needless to say that will be my last and final time of dealing with dominoes. I will not recommended to anyone i know. In fact i will let the people i know, know how my experience was. I guess they don’t care since it’s not them!!

I hadn’t had Dominos in a while and talk about a turnaround! Went in and a guy named Luke made one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Hopkinsville. The day crew was super friendly and fast, and I got my expectations exceeded, which is rare with food service these days!
