I’ve been a loyal customer here for the last 4 years,I order about 2-3 times a week! The last 4 times I’ve gotta pizza from here I’ve had problems. Either a 2 hr wait,misplaced order,or extremely dry pizza because they don’t put the butter on the crust. I hate to complain because I know things happen,but I’d rather not get pizza from here anymore if it’s not going to be good.

Food is so good when they get it right. For me personally, there’s about a 50/50 chance of either getting the right thing or getting something wrong. It takes so long to get your food that a wrong order can completely ruin a night.

Every time I order online from this Domino’s and arrive at the estimated pickup time, the order is never ready. On most occasions, it ends up being another 30–45 minutes past the original timeframe. One of the main reasons for ordering online with pickup is convenience and being able to plan around the estimated times, but that doesn’t seem to work here.
On top of that, during my most recent visit while waiting in the drive-through, I had to listen to a delivery driver loudly trash-talking customers, yelling, and cursing for several minutes. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable to sit through.
The only reason I continue to order from this location is because my wife and kids enjoy the food. Otherwise, based on consistency and customer experience, I wouldn’t choose this store.

Good experience. Hadn’t eaten at Dominos in a long while. Pizza was great and a great deal.
I did order on the app. I was staying next to it so tried using the Track which didn’t work and didn’t want to clog up the drive through so ended walking in.
Place was very busy.

Friendly service but the portions vary on the pasta dishes from order to order. One time co-worker and I can share an order, others it’s enough for one ♀️
Update, it’s now dog food with an insane wait time to get it. I waited 23 min past ready time for this after a 12 hour work day……

Ordered through the app, and said I would pick up by in-car delivery. I left the house when the app said the order was being prepared. Time was 6:17. Got to the parking spot, turned my hazard lights on as instructed and checked in with the app. At 7:00 I finally went in and they hadn’t even started the order. And didn’t really seem to care. Won’t order from this particular store again.

Horrible place. We’ve ordered at least a dozen times from this location over the past four years and honestly have gotten what we ordered once. Christmas time we ordered so that my parents and my kids could have something to eat while my wife and I were out shopping. Was told there is a delivery fee, no problem. Hour and a half goes by and my mom texts me to let me know they still haven’t got any food. My wife calls Dominoes and they tell her it’s been ready waiting for us to pick it up. We tell them that it was for delivery and the girl that took the order even said there was a delivery fee. We talk to a manager and she argues with us and tells us they are just teenagers and we need to cut them some slack. They finally get the stuff delivered after we paid another delivery fee. Of course the pizza was ice cold and inedible after sitting out for 2 hours under a heat lamp. Many times we order a meetza with extra cheese, and get a cheese pizza. Last Saturday my wife and I went on a date night. Mom and dad was with the kids again and ordered a 1/2 meetza, 1/2 cheese. They got a burnt 1/2 meetza, 1/2 nothing but sauce. I can’t stant this place, and it’s been like this since before the covid pandemic. Honestly don’t know how they stay open with all the constant mistakes and “free” pizzas they give away to fix the wrong ones.
