I took back inside to the rude grey haired lady who acted like it was my fault she made my pizza wrong and was doing me a favor making a new one. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue at this location, but we thought we’d give it another try. Unfortunately, we were disappointed when we opened our pizza and found the crust all weird (some thick and then some thin). We had paid for bacon and there was none. We still attempted to eat it and found that there was hardly any chicken! There were several pieces that had no meat on them; and then the pieces that did have chicken it was one small piece. For the same price and better quality we will go to one of the other pizza places that are just a few blocks further.

I’ve never had an order 100% correct, I’ve never had any issues fixed, twice I’ve been told the manager would call me back, never happened, one time, they said they would re send my order, 60 mins before closing, after 30 mins, nothing, called them, they said it’s leaving now… it never showed up, tried calling, no answer as they were “closed” found out a few days later, it was on my neighbors doorstep, they were away so didn’t get it until they came back. Yes we occasionally still order from them, in hopes that one day… maybe…. We’ll all get the right food we ordered. We call it domino roulette. You never know what you’ll get.

Will ABSOLUTELY NEVER come to this location again! After being told 15 minutes on the phone I waited 10 minutes in my car then over 20 minutes in store. It was 2 large cheese pizzas and there is no way it should have taken that long. Would have rather had an oven pizza that would have been done quicker than wait for this. Not worth it.

Place is great when a certain female manager is not there. When she is, online ordering goes down, phones don’t get answered, attitude when you walk in to order. It’s ridiculous. When she is there, 50/50 chance you get the right order. How ownership has allowed her to stay there is beyond me. Unless she is part of ownership which would be terrifying. Attached is a picture of how I received my order one night. I believe this was due to me placing an order shortly before close. Like 25 minutes.
